Hi Everyone
Well, I am starting to get a bit excited as I seem to be getting into a nice new routine crafting wise, and my craft pod is getting more organised in the process, which can only be a good thing.
Hopefully soon I will say "that is it" and stop re-jigging things .. .. .. and perhaps then I might give myself a half decent chance of remembering where I have actually stored everything LOL!!!
So today it was time for Rectangular Sketch Two and this is what I came up with:
This used:
Flower die coloured with ProMarkers (unbranded)
Sentiment LOTV Digital Download "Simply Cute Sentiments"
Backing Papers: Pink Petticoat (sadly no longer trading)
Circle Die
Hot Fix Nail Heads
My Trusty Sewing Machine
and Rectangular Sketch Two from my little sketch library which you will find at the top of my blog.
I hope you managed to find a bit of crafting time too.
So good to hear you are getting some crafty time, and thanks for sharing your beautiful cards. I too am constantly organising……and then forgetting where I’ve put things….in that “safe” place 😂😂😂
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful colourful card , l love the Tulips it looks so fresh, hope you enjoy doing your crafting.
ReplyDeleteHi Jules,
ReplyDeleteI love your beautiful card - very fresh and cheerful! I love the idea of colouring in the die cut flowers to create shading - might have to pinch that one!!
My stitching is coming on but I have yet to attempt stitching around a circle- it probably won't end well!!
Oh how I miss Pink Petticoat :-( ....
If there is one thing that drives me potty is not being able to find something in my craft room. It usually results in me going in the next day and putting my hand right on it!! LOL!!
I'm so glad that you are getting into a craft time routine, although bang goes my piggy bank money!!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Love and hugs

Beautiful cheerful card Jules, that is a gorgeous floral die. Well done on getting organised …. I try but I still can’t remember what I’ve got, especially stamps!! Xx
ReplyDeleteReorganising my crafty goodies usually ends up in having to search for things for a while too, a wonderful beautifully coloured diecut and layout
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card and great colouring on the flowers. Love This sketch might use if that's ok
ReplyDeleteLovely fresh colours on this card and I love that you're working your way through the super sketches which you've given us for inspiration. I try not to do too much tidying because it seems to lead to items disappearing just when you need them 😉. That's my excuse anyway. Have a good weekend x.
ReplyDeleteLovely to see you are getting more crafty time Jules. Your card is so pretty and a lovely sketch.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card! Such pretty spring colours!
ReplyDeleteIt has been nice to see so much of you over the last few days. I love the colours on this one and all that stitching. I have lost count of the number of times that I decide to store something in a different place and then promptly forget where that place was! xx
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Jules. The lovely flowers are beautifully coloured. Glad to see having more crafting time.
ReplyDeleteLiz xx
