SCARIE

Hi Everyone

Well a little earlier than last night  .. .. and yes .. .. I did end up watching Big Brother whilst we ate our rather late evening meal.

I told hubby I'm not bothered about it and for him not to put it on tonight .. .. but I am secretly beginning to think that "he" actually wants to watch it

Personally I was struggling to understand what half of them were saying .. . they couldn't even talk properly .. .. and if you were to ask me who any of them were and what their names are I could only name 3 .. .. and two of them are the hyperactive twins (who I must admit I secretly like .. .. I just love their energy and light heartedness).  They make me smile. Bet I have gone down in your estimations now!!  LOL!!!

Anyway, round to my share of the day

This used:

Image:  Stamposaurus "605" Scarie
Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat
Backing Papers:  Raspberry Road
Sizzix Die:  Grass
ProMarkers
Chalk
Distress Ink
Pinking Shears
Buttons and raffia from the Stash Box

So that is me for today.

I hope you have had a lovely Friday and that you enjoy your weekend .. .. whatever you are doing.

Love

We didn't watch it tonight as we thought it would be more or less the same as last night. I agree about not understanding them; I actually thought the Irish fella was Spanish/Mexican until they called him Paddy, lol!! I must say 'those two' have grown on me since they were on the X Factor. I think I need to get a like, lol!! xx

  14. Oh Jules I just love this image, isn't he so sweet! Clever use of the papers & die, they are so perfect for the image & the raffia just finishes it off a treat. Never watched Big Brother myself as it doesn't appeal to me but hey, everybody to their own, so enjoy.

  17. Love your sweet scarecrow amongst the extra hay and with the raffia bow, Jules. I hate Big Brother and all TV reality shows like it and feel that this constant showing on TV of individuals who so often can't seem to string a sentence together, who get so drunk they throw up, who are verbally and physically violent and who have casual sex without considering the consequences is simply adding to the general feeling amongst a smallish (but growing) element of our society who think it's normal to behave in that way and if the participants in the programmes are "celebrities" - even minor "celebrities" - it makes it even worse. Hugs, nevertheless! Lesley

  21. Hello Jules!

So much to catch up on!

Ive had a beautiful wander over your last weeks makes and have to say WOW at that beautiful big bloom! Its just stunning! I think it may be the die I had, used once then lost when my DD2 and I blitzed my craft room! You win some and you lose some, well I do!

Your snippets is always a great treat to go over, its such fun seeing everyone's contribution too!

Ha ha! So CBB has been on at the house of hearts! I saw it last night, for the first time and have to say, its looking much like it used to so no doubt I will be chatting with you about this over the course of it!

  27. I LOVE this image!! Not seen it before and the straw is perfect!! I know what you mean about BB. I watched the first episode and struggled with what they were saying especially Paddy, he has a very thick accent but I don't remember it being like that when I watched Big Fat Gypsy Wedding!!
