I'VE LOST A STAMP

Hi Everyone

I hope you have had a good day!

I have been quite pleased with progress so far .. .. but still lots on the list before I give in.

The worst thing on the list for tonight is pulling the old washing machine out .. .. because the new one comes tomorrow.  I dread to think what it is like behind and underneath my old one !!  Eeeekk!!  It is just far too heavy to pull out "just for the sake of it".

But one of the nice things about today was making this little creation.

Cord, charm and pearls from The Stash Box

So what of this lost stamp!!  Well I knew exactly the stamp I wanted to use alongside this image.  It is from the Unmounted Stamp Company and is a sentiment saying "Merry Kissmas" alongside a little sprig of mistletoe!!  But can I find it? ...........................no!!!

I am so cross with myself because I can normally find anything and everything.  I will have to go and have another search because it will drive me mad until I find it. 

The stupid thing is I saw it the other day as well .. .. and can remember thinking that it wasn't in its proper place.  That will teach me not to move it at the time to where it should have been!!!  

I bet I will find it now that I have given in and used something else.

    Hi Jules, fab card love this image and so beautifully coloured too. I hate it when you cant find a stamp that you know you have. I am always cleaning up and putting things in 'safe places'! Then cant find them! Lol

    Jules this is gorgeous - such a cute Teddy Bo image and I love how you have coloured it.
    Hope you find that stamp - know what its like losing something in the craft room - have done it on many occasions and driven myself mad until I find it!!!!

    Oh Jules, how absolutely GORGEOUS!! I love their rosy cheeks! I've looked for this image several times but can't find it on the website! It would make a lovely card for Rachel and Kevin so I'm off to have another look.

    Hope your stamp turns up. It might have run off with my little scissors that I use to cut out small fiddly bits. I've not been able to find them for weeks!

    Hi Jules, gorgeous card and yesterday's is fab too. Love that leaping deer. I had a chuckle when you said that you had to search for that stamp as it'll drive you mad until you find it. I'm exactly the same lol! If I go for something and it's not in its usual place I can't rest until I've tracked whatever I'm looking for down.

    Its just gorgeous Jules, I adore all teddy bo images. Hope that stamp turns up, but I do love the sentiment you have used with this anyways. I hate when you have to pull a machine out, especially if there is a man there to fit it. Oh embarrassing what can make its way under things lol.

    Hope you find that stamp- I had the same prob a while back, knew exactly what I wanted and where it was... until I needed it where only it would do!! After a lot of searching everywhere and anywhere, I figure I must have knocked it into my bin... still annoyed with myself!! :( lol

    I love this image everytime I see it used and the material effect papers give it a cosy feel.
    Lol, when I first started reading your post I thought you had found a stamp under the washing machine...now that would be strange!

    I saw this image used in this giant sized way about two months ago and I thought, at the time, that with the right colours and DPS - it would make the perfect Christmas card. And I was right! Great minds clearly think alike, Jules!!!! Lovely make! Sorry you couldn't find your stamp but the sentiment you used is equally lovely! I am enjoying all of your recent makes BTW - it's just that I'm not blogging very much at the moment on account of the fact that I am in Florida! Hugs, Lesley

    Love this image Jules, it's soooo cute. Nice papers as well, they look textured. Shame you couldn't find that stamp as it would have been perfect for this image but the one you used is just as nice. I "lost" one of my magnetic punches once, I couldn't find it anywhere. It wasn't until the next time I used my big metal paper trimmer that I found it stuck to the back! Now how ever did it get there? I do hope your little stamp turns up soon.

    OMG! That is one heavenly Christmas card . . . a definite fave!

    Ask St Anthony where your lost stamp is . . . he's the Patron Saint of lost things . . . nearly always works for some mysterious reason!

    I'm forever losing things! It hasn't helped recently that I decided to move everything around in my craft room, so now I really have no idea!
    Love your card - that sentiment would have been perfect for that image but the one you used is just as good!
