I hope Monday has been kind to you and that you have had a good day.
Most people see Monday as the worst day of the week .. .. but I actually love Mondays as it means I have a whole week to make a difference!!
Monday always feels like a "fresh start" day.
I can hear you saying "That's alright for you .. .. you work from home" .. .. but I used to be the same when I went out to work too .. .. .. much to the annoyance of people I worked alongside LOL!!!
Anyway .. .. here starts my 5 day week of wedding and anniversary cards.
This one was done at the crack of dawn and in the post mid morning!!

The spiderweb netting was stitched over some gorgeous red pearl card .. .. but as usual the camera never wants to pick out the bits you particularly like does it.
So for saying I made my card so early you would have thought I could have posted early .. .. but no .. .. table plan planning and table numbers have been the order of the day ready for a happy couple coming tomorrow evening.
Plus a few things off the list today .. .. can't be bad!

I haven't seen that spider web netting before. Looks amazing and I suppose stitiching the only effective way of attavhing it. It looks great over the dark bsckgroud. Beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteI never had a problem wih Mondays either - mind I did work shifts so ~Monday was never the first day of the week.
Plumber came tonight and spotted the problem striaght away. Cracked cistern. Yikes! That means the whole lot has to be replaced.On the upside - the kitchen ceiling is still there.

Monday is usually the busiest day of my week as I work from home the same as you I have to get any orders taken in my Ebay store over the weekend wrapped up and posted. Then in the evening I go out to work at a Social Club which is a job I've done for the past 13 years since Sam was small.
I have to fit quite a lot into the day!
