FOR MUM

Hi Everyone

What lovely sunny weather we are having!!  My ironing basket is getting fuller and fuller with no chance to empty it!

It is the Festival at Melbourne in 9 days time .. .. and the House of Hearts is trying to juggle getting ready for that alongside wedding work.  To think when I first left work to start my own little adventure I was worried I wouldn't be busy enough!!!  LOL!!!  I think my lovely Sis is far nearer being ready than I am that's fore sure!!

Tomorrow is my Mum's birthday so today I am sharing the card I made for her this morning.

No tinternet for Mum so I am not spoiling any surprises.

Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Distress Ink:  Tea Die and Tattered Rose
ProMarkers
Ribbon from the Stash Box

I really enjoyed having my distress inks out today .. .. I should use them more .. .. ..  plus it is the first time I have used the new "sweet apricot" colour from Pink Petticoat.  Another one to go on the "favourites" list!!  I think it toned in really well with the distress inks.

OK .. hubby has just arrived back .. .. time to get that kettle on!!
