HAPPY MONDAY

Hi Everyone

Has anyone else ever bought a stamp because you really, really love it and then struggle to actually use it when you get it home?

Well the image on the following card is one such stamp, so I decided that I needed to experiment more with it until I feel comfortable.

The following is what I came up with:

This used:

Image: Stampendous! P091 "Beaded Bodice"
Backing Paper: Pink Petticoat
Martha Stewart Punch: Doily Lace
Neocolor II Water-soluble Wax Pastels
Laura Ashley Satin Ribbon Stickers with Gliter "Love Song-Harmony"
Self adhesive Pearls
Inkssentials Glossy Accents
Flowers and Ribbon from my lovely lady at our local market

I feel I still need to experiment more with this image but at least it has had another airing today.

Happy Monday everyone.

Thanks for calling by.

Love Jules xx

  5. Beautiful <3 But I can imagine that this is a difficult one to use - it's not what you'd call your-general-happy-birthday-stamp ^_^

  18. Gosh Jules, I bought that stamp years ago, think I may have used it one but wouldn't have a clue where it is now. Under a couple of inches of dust no doubt. Love your card though and I know peeps used to pleat some netting as a skirt to this stamp, dpnt know if that will help you.
