FUNKY HAND CHALLENGE - OCTOBER

Hi Everyone

Here I am today with my creation for the Get Funky! Challenge this month.

The theme this month was set by my lovely teamie Lythan and she has set the theme of "Take 5" where we needed to use "at least" five different papers on our creations.

Here is what I made:

and the close up:

This used:

Backing Papers:  Funky Hand CD "Colour Me Happy"
Sentiment:  "Alphabits" from Funky Hand Christmas Wordbook Download
Nestabilities:  Standard Circles Large
Sizzix:  Movers and Shapers Die and Tattered Leaves Die
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder:  Distressed Stripes
Eyelets, raffia and button from the stash box
Distress Ink

I hope that you get chance to play along.  Remember that there is a £20 voucher for the winner .. .. the rules can be found here on the Get Funky! challenge blog.   There you will also see all the lovely inspiration from my fellow DT mates.

Don't you just love the colours of Autumn?

I can't say that I like the fact that Autumn marks the end of Summer .. .. but I do like the treat it brings to our eyes.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.

Love

This sure has the WOW factor, they say the simple things are the best (and that explains a few marriages I know!) and this looks so easy and yet is just so perfect and really packs a punch of autumn colour!

  21. You've created some lovely Autumn colours lately, Jules. They are beautiful. I agree with you about the treat of the colours but I always find Autumn a bit sad. Heading towards the end of another year and another Summer. I'm more of a Spring girl myself!!
Hope you've managed to keep dry lately and well done on all your creativity the other day.
    hugs Lisax
