Hi Everyone
Well I am a little bit earlier today .. .. just for a change .. .. is there a full moon or something !!!
So after me saying we didn't get the rain yesterday .. .. .. Mother Nature has certainly made up for it today. No need for me to water the crops today that's for sure!!!
Today's share is for the Sketch N Stash Challenge where you follow a sketch and use new or neglected stash. My stamp is a bit neglected .. .. this poor chappie hasn't been out to play for a few months .. .. but the backing paper isn't really neglected .. .. it is just that I have so much of it and it is never ending!! LOL!!
It is part of a huge zipped bag of paper from Memory Stor that came from Costco. I have had it for at least two years and used some of it to make a Memory Book to put pictures and memorabilia in when my MIL died. It was all done in rather a rush for us to have on show after her funeral.
Afterwards my lovely hubby bought me a whole new pack .. .. saying it was "to make up for all the sheets I had used making the book". So as a consequence I have mountains of this paper .. .. .. plus it is double sided so it is like a double whammy!!
Anyway, here is my creation
This used:
Backing Papers: Memory Stor
Image: The Greeting Farm
Sentiment: Woodware Clear Stamps "FRCL076" Male Relatives
Josy Rose: Nail Heads
ProMarkers
I was very kindly given a Top 3 blinkie for the last challenge over at Sketch N Stash .. .. thank you Vicky xx
If you fancy playing along with this challenge here is the sketch
So you know what day it is .. ..Wednesday .. .. and that means The Apprentice. Woo Hoo!!
My Big Baby Boy and his wife went to the "Your Fired" after show on Sunday .. .. so they have actually seen tonight's episode and know who has been fired. They said it was a brilliant show live and they are hoping we might all be able to go together at some point during the next series. We shall see!!!
But for now I am just looking forward to tonight's programme and will be watching to see if I can spot them in the audience on the after show.
Have a lovely evening everyone and thanks for calling by and all your lovely comments.
Love

ReplyDeleteHi Jules
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been quite fickle hasn't it. We've had it very warm with some rain late last night and just a few big drops that wet the ground and then stopped today so I guess I shall be watering tomorrow unless we get some more tonight.
I love your cards, you look as though you are in a teenage mood this week!!
Enjoy The Apprentice.
Hugs Lisax

ReplyDeleteFab card, Jules! I say buy your hubby that Super Soaker! Water won't do them any lasting harm, but it might act as a deterrent. I have one armed and ready in the garage (was Meg's once!) Think I'm turning into Terminator!!!
