Hi Everyone
A super quick one from me today .. .. but using one of my favourite Penny Black images.
It always makes me feel relaxed when I look at this image (as well as a little envious of the cute little mouse snoozing away without a care in the world). I wonder how long that paper boat will last before the water makes it capsize?
Mmmmm.. perhaps I'm not so envious after all LOL!!!
So here is my share for today:
This used:
Image: Penny Black "1645K" Floating Dreams
Sentiment: Personal Impressions "Everyday Words" Happy Birthday
Backing Papers: DCWV "All About Boys" Stack
Josy Rose: Nail Heads
ProMarkers
Diamond Stickles
It would appear that I gave a few people some torture treatment last night .. .. sorry folks :-(
The problem is on male cards the hearts usually need to me a little less "in your face".
But to put you out of your misery here is where last night's heart was hidden (under the image on the gingham paper).
Easy when you know where!!
Have a good evening everyone.
Love
found tonight's! love that image x
ReplyDeleteFab card Jules. Your right the little mouse looks so relaxed, may have to add that stamp to my wish list
ReplyDeleteHello Jules, well, you almost foxed me with tonight's card but I espied it eventually :) Great card - the image is cute and I like the papers - makes this card ideal for a male recipient. Missed yesterday's card so off to have a wee peek now. Elizabeth x
ReplyDeleteHi Jules, you are crafty, I certainly couldn't see the heart last night!
ReplyDeleteI love the card, l think your little mouse is very industrious. He has munched through fish and chips then used the newspaper they were wrapped in to make himself a little boat. He certainly looks like he needs to sleep off a large meal lol
Hope you are well, big hugs Rach xx

ReplyDeleteThis little guy is too cute! Love what you've done with him. Found the heart!
ReplyDeleteSad news though, my newsagent can't get January volume of Quick Cards made easy, seems that it's a bit hit and miss with getting them and we are at least a month behind. I'm devastated! There is a new shipment heading this way due on 19th March. That's my daughters birthday so I'm hoping that the edition we get sent is the one you're featured in.
Cheers,
Kasey ~ in Oz
Totally gorgeous Jules - great card as always and I can see why you love the little floating mouse :) My Tuesday Tale is about fish and chips - but certainly not relaxed!
ReplyDeleteAfter all this time I might be getting used to finding the heart - found yesterday's fine and now this one too :) Whoop, whoop!!
