Hi Everyone
Well good news .. .. the dentist trip went well.
No need to go back until next Summer!!! Woo hoo!!
How lovely to walk out saying "Happy Christmas and see you when the sun is shining next year".
I decided to give my Cricut an "actual place" in my craft room today in the hope that I will use it more. Up to now I have had to get it out especially to use .. .. who knows .. .. having it to hand may mean that I will use it more. We shall see!!
It got a little work-out today to make this little Christmas card:
This used:
Papers: Pink Petticoat "Small Nordic Snowflakes"
Sentiment: Penny Black from the "Holly Day Critters" set
Snowflake: From the Sizzix Die "Winter Wonder"
Cricut Cartridge: Christmas/Noel
Nestabilities: Classic Circle Large and Scalloped Circle Large
Woodware Punch: Small Label
Glamour Dust
White Gel Pen
Ribbon, Gems and metallic cord
and that is me for today.
Time to hit that ironing board next!! What a glamorous life I lead.
Catch you again soon.
Love
aww so sweet! x

Gorgeous, as always.
ReplyDeleteSo would you recommend a cricut? I'm thinking of upgrading from my very old big shot?

The glittery snowflakes really make this pop Jules, great non trad Xmas colours too.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Elaine
How spooky is that! I have a Cricut. It is out but I don't use it very often because I can't work out what to do. Yesterday in M&S I saw some cards with deer and trees on them and I thought I must cut out some deer. And you've used the one I had in mind! To great effect, I might add! Hugs, Lesley
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear about the good dentist visit, sorry to hear about the ironing board! ;-)

ReplyDeletei cant upload any cards it wont let me! also my pc turns itself off?!!!
Lovely card, fab shape and papers and love the die cut deer xx
ReplyDeleteOh I've given up on my cricut, I tried with it again a few months ago, but I just don't like how it cuts - nothing looks 'neat'... and you may have noticed I like my cards to look neat lol! Yours looks fine though, maybe it's just an issue with mine.
ReplyDeleteI agree they definitely get used more when they have their own space - I kept giving mine a space, but it just ends up as a handy place to dump stuff... anyway...
Waffle over, your card looks fab :o) Love the reindeer and gorgeous paper too - I'm still managing to resist the new Pink Petticoat goodies, aren't I good?
Hugs, Lisa x
