Hi Everyone
I hope your week is ticking along nicely. These weeks are whizzing by quickly .. .. in fact it will soon be the weekend again!
Here tonight to share a card I made a while ago but didn't post. I made it alongside this card here which is why the ingredients are the same for both. Much easier to make more than a singleton .. .. and I should do it more often really.
This used:
Backing Papers: First Edition Papers "Blank Canvas"
ProMarkers
Ribbon
Spellbinder Circle Dies
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Clear Wink of Stella Pen
.. .. .. .. and that is me for today.
Mr Heart and I went off for our weekly shop this evening once I returned from Mum's, we find it very quiet at this time so it suits us really well (the fewer people we are around the better for us). Can you believe we passed two houses that already had their Christmas tree decorated and displayed in their windows!!! I wonder if folk will decorate earlier this year just to try and inject some fun and excitement into their lives .. .. .. let's face it we could all do with a good helping of it couldn't we!
Catch you again soon.
Your beautiful sunny colours cheered me up on this dreich morning,a wonderful image and card.Hope all is well with you and yours
ReplyDeleteA really lovely colourway of this super image. I'm not a fan of batch production and almost always make 'one of a kind' cards even though making repeats is probably far more efficient in terms of time.
ReplyDeleteI loved the first card you made with this image and I love this one too, lovely bright colours that really brighten the day.

ReplyDeleteThis is a very cheery card...love your colours and design. Christmas trees already? !! xx
ReplyDeleteA beautiful image using pretty and cheerful colours. We have a couple of Christmas trees up beside us. A little too early I think, but I agree folk are looking for some happier times. Elaine
ReplyDeleteThis is GORGEOUS Jules, I love the wonderful colours and super image. Driving back from click and collect last night and we saw a house with loads of xmas decs all lit up... and we were still hearing fireworks going off xx

Hi Jules,
ReplyDeleteLove this card and the colours of the beautiful flowers. Gorgeous papers and design too.
They showed a photo of Joan Collins on the tv this morning, with her Christmas tree up. They said that a lot of people have said they will put their trees up over the next few weeks. Just to brighten up their homes.
I have just finished making my Christmas cards and the 3 birthday cards needed over the next couple of weeks.
So next job is to put away Christmas dies and stamps. Then might start doing some more scrapbooking.
Have a lovely weekend and stay safe.
Love and hugs,
Carol

ReplyDeleteAlso spotted quite a few houses locally that have gone early with the decorations....and we are selling lots at work too
A pretty card Jules, a lovely image.
ReplyDeleteThere are a couple of houses with Christmas lights outside on our evening dog walk, I think I would get fed up with them if we put our Christmas decorations up this early.
