SNIPPETS AND RUDOLPH DAY ALL ROLLED INTO ONE!

Hi Everyone

I hope you are all doing well.

Today looks like it is going to be a lovely day weather wise.  One lot of washing done and another waiting to get going .. .. that will mean even more ironing to add to the pile I made yesterday!!  I know what I will be doing this evening!!!  :-(

But I started my day with a make for Sandra's Rudolph Day Challenge which used up snippets from my every growing collection, which means I can also run over to Di's Crafty Snippet Challenge too.  Though I have to admit that I will be sad when all of the holly paper snippets have been used from my paper pack .. .. no full sheets left now .. .. just a few offcuts .. .. hence this piece not being big enough to cover the whole of my card front.  This has to be my favourite holly paper of all time.

This used:

Backing Papers:  Papermania "A Silent Night"
Sentiment:  Magnolia "A Merry Christmas Ticket"
Cheery Lynn Die:  "B148"  Holly Flourish
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Nestabilities:  Classic Ovals Large and Deckled Edge Classic Ovals Large
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Ribbon and Cord from my stash box

I really enjoyed my little crafty play this morning .. .. but now it is back to table plans and orders.

Have a lovely day everyone.

Love

  10. This is wonderful Jules! A lovely card. I think I have those papers to! I agree about the holly...it is really pretty.

Before I retired, I stockpiled a lot of Christmas papers and now I am sure glad that I did!...I sometimes plan a casual ladies evening before at Christmas....we sit around my dining room table and make a Christmas project of some kind. I supply the plan, the paper and ribbon, embellisw etc, and they supply lots of laughter and Christmas cheer.

  31. Hi Jules, your card is just beautiful and that holly paper is a favourite of mine too but I've not got even a tiny scrap left. But what a coincidence, the card I've just made, a bit late, for Rudolph Day, includes snippets from that same paper pack! As usual, I'm totally in awe of your machine stitching skills - such straight lines :) Hugs, Elizabeth xx
