SNEAKING IN A FESTIVE MAKE

Hi Everyone

Happy Friday .. .. .. another week that has whizzed by in the blink of an eye.

If the whole year is going fly by at this speed I decided I had better get another Christmas card into the box .. .. .. otherwise it will be a last minute rush at the end of the year and I certainly don't want that!

So I am playing along with Fezziwigs Festive Frolics challenge where this fortnight the theme is "Santa Says"!  (But of course we all know what Santa says .. .. ..  "Ho Ho Ho")

This is my offering:

This used:

Image:  A square from a strip of fabric that I bought many, many years ago from Hobbycraft (still lots of squares left!)
Sentiment:  Computer Generated
Backing Paper:  The Lovely Studio "Jingle Bells Book Print"
Ribbon
My Trusty Sewing Machine

and that is me for today .. .. with another Christmas card in the stock box.  As you can see there are lots of other squares to play with too.  Wouldn't they all make wonderful stamps?!

Catch you again soon.

  2. Great use of one of your fabric squares and you are right they would be wonderful as stamps for the festive season. This week has certainly rushed by what with the Bank Holiday and then a couple of days feeling none to special nothing much has been achieved here. Hope you have a good weekend.

  17. I can't believe how quickly this year is flying by Jules! I feel like I must have been sleeping through it because I don't know how it can be April already. Crazy! I love this card! It's so festive and fun! The background paper with the Jingle Bells song is awesome, love that you created that for the background. But then I was blown away to see that that Santa square was fabric! I thought that was wrapping paper at first...until I read that it was a piece of fabric! I can see lots of cards with the rest of these fabric square, which are so dang cute! Now I'm going to have to have a look at fabrics for cards Jules. lol Such a great idea! Hugs, Brenda
