Well a wet and windy day here today .. .. and even a tad cold!!! Long sleeves have been out today in the House of Hearts.
Let's hope these louts on the streets are nesh and don't want to go out in the cold tonight!!!
I am just so shocked, and even scared, by what I am seeing and hearing .. .. and at the same time touched by the willingness of people to clear up the trail of mess and destruction that is being left behind. I actually felt sorry for the Prime Minister today .. .. I wouldn't want his job no matter how much they paid me!!
Anyway, I will drop the subject as I could go on for ever !!
Here is my share for today:
This used:
Image: Penny Black "3687K" Light the Night
Sentiment: Woodware Clear Stamps "FRCL128" Circular Greetings
Backing Papers: Aimee Asher
Woodware Punch: Daisy
Nestabilities: Scalloped Circle
Martha Stewart Punch: Traditional Scallop
ProMarkers
Fruit Punch Stickles
Ribbon and brad from the Stash Box
Hopefully I will get time for a bit of blog hopping later .... but it is a tad busy here at the moment (all good but busy).
Catch you again tomorrow
Love
Hi Jules, yes long sleeves and, dare I say it, socks today!!! Who'd believe it's August!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, girly card tonight and she 'lights up the night' in such a pretty way unlike the scenes across the country. I'm praying it's quiet tonight - it's getting far too close to where my son lives.

Hi Jules, FAB card! Love this image and gorgeous papers.
ReplyDeleteThis rioting is getting very scary now :-( So glad to hear your son is safe ... how worrying it must have been for you until you heard from him. I live in rural Norfolk so haven't been affected by this but I still find it very upsetting.
