My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

THINKING OF YOU

Hi Everyone

I had time for just a little play before heading off to Mum today and created this for taking over to the
Little Red Wagon Challenge where the theme this week has been "communication".

I went for good old fashioned letter writing .. .. .. .. though I must admit I can't remember the last time I wrote or received and old fashioned handwritten letter.

This used:

Image:   LOTV "James the Bear Thinking" Simply Print
Sentiment:  Woodware Clear Stamp Set "BD23 2DE" (very old and very yellow but still perfect)
Design Paper:  Pink Petticoat
Corner Rounding Punch
Ribbon
Hot Fix Nail Heads
My Trusty Sewing Machine

Hope everyone's week is going well - and if anyone needs a nudge to get cracking on Christmas makes .. .. .. according to Google there are 59 sleeps until Santa comes to the UK!!  Sounds a nice long time .. .. .. but I somehow think it is going to fly by .. .. just like the rest of the year has!

A gorgeous card Jules, We asked the children at school to write an address down as part of a literacy lesson and most of them said they had never written or received a letter. I work in year 6 primary!
I love getting a letter - it means so much more when someone has bothered to take the time to do it!

Super card - the little bear is obviously deep in thought - possibly composing 'thank-you' letters?? Time flies - have a good week. Hugs x

Hi Jules,
I absolutely love this! 💚 That little bear is just adorable, and the soft green and kraft colours look so pretty together. I love the way that you have coloured his book to match the papers.Beautifully done as always! 🥰 xxx
