My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

KICK UP YOUR HEELS!!

Hi Everyone

I hope you day has gone well.

No where near as so hot here today .. ..  it was lovely to be able to walk down the garden first thing and actually breath in nice fresh air.  Everywhere seemed so muggy yesterday .. .. but we mustn't complain .. .. at least we saw some sunshine.

A quick share from me today using a stamp set I have had for a couple of years now and yet I never tire of using it.

This used:

Image and Sentiment:  Hero Arts "CL303" High Heels
Woodware Punches:  Scalloped Oval
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads and Gems
Shrink Plastic
Ribbon and cord from the stash box

I stamped my sentiment onto shrink plastic and cut it out with my scalloped oval punch so that I was able to tie it into the ribbon and paper pieced the gorgeous shoes (making a tie hole in it before I shrank it down).

Oh I remember the days when I was able to walk in shoes like that !!  Tee hee!!!  Isn't memory lane a wonderful place!

Catch you all again tomorrow.

Love

My DiL would kill to have a card like that and it's not her birthday until September so that gives me plenty of time to beg you for it lol!!!!

What a fab card! I love it! Those are just the sort of thing I used to wear when I was younger! We had our sports day today - thank goodness it wasn't yesterday! The children love it because the ice cream man gives out free ice creams to every child (and one or two of the cheekier teachers too!!!)

A really stylish card. I love the ribbon. I'd like to think I could still wear shoes like that, but the reality is I need trainers for running after my two little darlings.

As usual, I am behind. So I'm just picking out a few faves from your prolific and all equally wonderful recent makes. This one really caught my eye. Love the CAS style and the use of animal print. Very in vogue! Hugs, Lesley
