My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SKETCHY SNOW PERSON

Hi Everyone

I hope you have all had a lovely Saturday so far.

Mine has been a lovely relaxed and chilled one which has only seen me venture as far as the dustbins all day .. .. which is a good thing considering we have been having lots of rain .. .. again!!!

Not sure why I feel relaxed though.  I have 1001 things that need to be done!!!  LOL!!!

I managed a crafty play too which produced:

This used:

Image:  Digistamp Boutique "Sketchy Snow Person"
Sentiment:  Digistamp Boutique "Simply Christmas Greetings"
Backing Papers:  Nitwits "Joyful Hearts Collection"
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Cuttlebug Die:  Snowflake
X-Cut Punch:  Corner Rounder
ProMarkers
Glamour Dust
Button and Ribbon from my Stash Box

I used the sketch from the Sketch Saturday Challenge Week 235 so am entering my card into their challenge this week and also into the Digistamp Boutique Challenge for November.

This is the lovely sketch from Sketch Saturday .. .. in case you fancy playing along.

So that is me for today.

Back tomorrow with my Sunday snippets.

Have a lovely evening.

Love

What a great card...I love the way you added the burst of fun colour at the snowflake!
I am not good at the spontaneous burst of anything...I get my idea and it is almost rigid in my mind now. I used to be more spontaneous before the accident...oh well, I will just have to use you for inspiration!
So glad you figured out the resizing. I thought my head was going to explode trying to figure it out. i had decided to wait and let my busy daughter figure it out for me but that would have taken a couple weeks due to her schedule!
Luckily, i did just what you said and it worked...I now will resize every time and should be OK

I will look into the google chrome too as I heard that the capacity is increased with that choice as well as with the google+. I think I will just write google support an email asking if they have a comparison sheet between the 3 options as I comprehend things better visually now.
Glad yours is sorted...so strange that you only used 69% and yet they froze you.
