My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

WHERE DID TODAY GO?

Hi Everyone

I am still in relaxed (and a bit lazy) Christmas mode .. .. and today has flown by.  Who stole it?  Or more to the point "What stole it and made my posting late today?"  Well I will tell you .. .. .. ... Playstation Games!!!!

We had a game between us at Christmas .. .. and I am a monkey when I get my hands on a game .. .. .. I just don't know when to stop  LOL!!!  The game we got includes lots of different sports .. .. and I have gained my Bronze Archery Trophy .. .. woo hoo!!  I doubt I am going to gain any trophies for my frisby skills though.  I am completely naff .. .. but it does make for a great amount of laughter!!!

I have been playing with some goodies that Anice from Funky Hand sent to me just before Christmas (but can't share those yet) .. .. .. ... and I also made the following little creation that I can share with you.

This used:

Backing Paper:  Memory Stor
Image:  Hero Art "CL375" Big Flowers
Sentiment:  Elzybells
Sizzix:  "655217" Decorative Accent, Swirl
White Embossing Powder
White Gel Pen
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Glossy Accents - added to flower
Adirondacks:  Pebble
Woodware Punch:  Inverted Corner Rounder

ProMarkers
Button and Ribbon from the Stash Box

So that is my share for the day.

I also thought you might like to know that Anice has a sale on over at Funky Hand at the moment.  Click on this sale notice and you will be whizzed along to see all the lovely goodies in the store.

The sale started today and will continue until 12 noon on the 1st January 2011 so why not nab yourself a bargain !!!

Catch you again tomorrow

Love

Very pretty, Jules! Clean (though not simple) and I love the glazed dots! I lost my day too. Late start followed by a long nap but hey ho there's always tomorrow.... Enjoy the season! Hugz, Lesley

Just stunning as usual Jules, I am trying to work out if the stitching is real. Christmas is all about playing games. We tend to stick to Monopoly. Have a good evening.xxx

Hi Jules
I'm so glad you had a lovely Christmas. The days just fly by don't they. I'm the only one in our house who is not a computer games fantatic. I sit on the sofa like the meat in a computer sandwich!!!!
Tour funky flower is gorgeous and I'm dead impressed that you've broken your brayer out of it's box, the results are great. Mine is still firmly unused. I shall have to break it out and have a go after seeing your flower.
Glad you got your car sorted.
Have a very Happy New Year and see you in 2011.
Hugs Lisax

Such a beautiful card Jules. Love the color combo!! The layered popped up flower looks amazing!
Congrats on getting a trophy for the game! I am really bad at those kinds of games so I don't even attempt to play.

fabulous card, Jules! Time is flying this holiday. Doesn't help when you spend 40 mins trying to get out of a car park though, lol! Remind me never to go to IKEA sale again!
