A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

PENNY BLACK AT ALLSORTS - FEBRUARY

Hi Everyone

February is here already!?!?!  Who stole January???

It must be something to do with the excitement of us having our lovely blog hop midway through January .. .. it made the month fly by.  I hope you were one of our lucky winners.

So, what is the theme for February?

Well this month we want you to:

"Say it with Flowers"

There are lots of prizes on offer again this month and we have the added fun of being sponsored by Letraset and as a DT we were all sent a set of the Aquamarkers to "road test".  I used them on my creation this month.

It seemed  very strange to be breaking my paintbrushes out again .. .. it is a few months since I last used them .. .. but it was very enjoyable and the pens were lovely to work with.  There is something about working with a paintbrush that makes you feel more artistic when you have finished LOL!!!.

Here is my DT creation

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "4065K" Bountiful
Backing Papers:  K and Co
Letraset:  Aquamarkers
Shapeability:  Flower Die
Leone Em Pty Punch:  Ash Branch
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Distress Inks:  Barn Door
Diamond Stickles
Ribbons, brad and button from the stash box

Please take time to go and see what all of my lovely DT pals have created .. .. so much inspiration to be had!!  You can see all of their work here .. .. along with the full rules of the challenge itself.

I hope you get chance to join in during February and I look forward to coming and visiting you and seeing what you have created with your Penny Black goodies.

Love
