My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

PENNY BLACK CHALLENGE 160

Hi Everyone

I hope your Saturday has been good .. .. ours started off very wet and just perfect for a little bit of crafting .. .. and what better than joining in one of my favourite challenges .. .. Penny Black Saturday!!

I haven't had chance to join in with the challenge for a few weeks so decided I had better make amends before the weekend takes hold.

This week the theme is "bunting".

Here is my make:

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "2078H" Birthday Dog
Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat
Backing Papers:  Aimee Asher
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Crystal Stickles
ProMarkers
A little string from the "might come in useful" box and a sprinkling of glitter

Thank you for all your lovely comments on my "different" make of yesterday .. .. they were all very much appreciated.

Off now to link up and then hopefully have a love blog hopping session to see what everyone has been up to.

Tomorrow I will be back with some snippet makes .. .. and this week I have decided to embarrass myself completely by actually showing you exactly how many snippets I have .. .. and then I will show you how many I have at the end of the year .. .. which will hopefully be an awful lot less!!!!

Love

Hi Jules, lovely card, like how you've kept to one colour for the bunting, it's a bit different and the stamp is a cutie. So glad you like my photos taken at Dunaskin, all carefully selected from a ton of photos taken by both the EM and me :) Hope you enjoy the recipe. Because of the many appreciative comments received I plan on posting a few more in the future so you might like to look for them. I'll be back to see the big reveal tomorrow and I do plan to join in this week - that is card-making, not revealing my snippets stash! Elizabeth x

Aww, what a cute litle doggy! I think this is perfect for a bunting challenge & I love the way you've threaded it on the string. I thought I was the only one with a "might come in useful one day" box, it's nice to know there are more of us out there. lol.

OMG, how brave are you to show us your snippets?

I have way to many just separate ones, let alone the pieces that have been part used that I put at the front of each paper pad. The trouble is I just love my papers and find it very hard to throw any away, it really has to be a small piece for me to get rid of it.
