My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

LOVE IS A FLOWER

Hi Everyone

Sorry I didn't get to share anything with you yesterday .. .. it is a busy old House of Hearts at the moment.

But so I don't let you down again today here is a little project I have just finished ready for The Festival tomorrow.  Woo hoo!!  Another special weekend with my lovely Sis is nearly here (more about my Sis in a bit).

For now here is my share .. .. and if you can't find the heart I am going to be "VERY" worried LOL!!

This used:

Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat "Tiny Blooming Sentiments"
Flowers Cut from:  Pink Petticoat "Big Fella Collection"
X-Cut Flower Punch
Josy Rose:  Gems
Frame and Mount from Dunelm

I am quite pleased with how this has turned out so am contemplating making just one more .. .. then if I don't sell them there will be one for my lovely Sis and one for me.

So now round to my lovely Sis.

You might remember that I mentioned her new website earlier this week.  Well there were problems with her server the day it was all due to be finalised .. .. but at midnight last night I got a message to say it was now live, up and running.  Woo hoo Joey .. .. I love it!! xx

If you fancy a little look at the lovely fabby creations my Sis has been making then her website link is always at the top of my sidebar .. . but today it is here too in celebration of her hard work.  Just click on her fabby artwork below.

It would be lovely if you had time to have a little look and leave her some feedback here.  I think she is attaching a blog to the website later .. .. .. we will have to wait and see .. .. but for now I am just mega excited for her and very proud to call her my Sis.

She lives in an old Chapel that has been split into a number of separate little homes .. .. and Joey has the original chapel doors as her entrance (which you can just about see in some of her pictures) .. .. her front door key is humongous and very heavy!!!

I'll try to give you an up-date as to how the weekend is going with a few pictures.

Have a good one everyone.  I hope the sun shines for you and you manage to find a bit of crafty time!

Love

Oh Jules, that is gorgeous!!! Had to read the description to figure out how you made it!! It almost looked like the heart was cut from paper and then ribbon twirled around and secured by the brads! Very lovely!!!

Lovely little frame with a very true message!

Went to Jo's site, it was a little slow to load and the menu kept disappearing on me while the pictures loaded. It came back though.

Gorgeous bags, I've seen her old site and this one is lovely. It could be that the pics are yet to be loaded, but her wedding bags aren't there and those ones are stunning.

All the best with the fair girls!

Cheers,

Wow, your Sis is talented! Those bags are just fabulous!

I don't know if Mr Heart follows Cricket as well as Footy, but isn't it great that Derbyshire Cricket Club have earned promotion to the First Division!

Have a good weekend!

A beautiful creation ... it must have taken forever to punch out all those cute little blossoms but it was well worth the effort. I will certainly pop over and visit your sister's website. How cool to live in a chapel. Good luck at the Festival - I hope you sell everything and return home with a very nice profit for your enterprise - both of you :) Elizabeth xx
