A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SORRY SANDRA :-(

Hi Everyone

I hope you have enjoyed your Saturday .. .. the sunshine did make an appearance here .. .. so that was nice.

My day has flown by today with the morning being spent with a "happy bride".  Her special day is just a few weeks away now and we have been planning her table plan and table stationery and the afternoon was spent on wedding samples.

I then suddenly remembered Sandra's Rudolph Day challenge and decided I had better get a wriggle on and make a Christmas card to enter.

So I got it made and clicked over to Sandra's blog only to find that the challenge ended some 59 hours earlier!!!  Doh!!!   What am I like ?!?!?!   Plus as I now go to link to Sandra's blog she has announced the winner LOL!!

But just to show that I was willing (albeit slow) here is my what would have been my Rudolph Day entry!

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "3986J" Crystal Wreath
Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat "Heartfelt Christmas Sentiments"
Backing Papers:  Pink Petticoat "Fairy Lights"
Diamond Stickles
Metallic Cord, Gems and Charm from the Stash Box

Catch you again tomorrow with my snippet make.  At least the snippet challenge will have days to run so I will be safe there. LOL!!

Love

Hi Jules.
Never mind that it was too late for the challenge, it's still a gorgeous card! I love the image and the added gems look so effective.

Oh, such a shame, because it's a lovely card and Sandra would have loved it to be included. I don't know how many times I have done the same, but it's quite a few ... life just gets in the way sometimes :) Have a great Sunday. Elizabeth xx

Morning Jules . . . this is a delightful festive card. Love the colours and the layout.

Sorry you missed the deadline, but thanks for showing us the card anyway.

PS: Is there something wrong with your clock? Even now, Mr Linky only expired 13 hours ago, not 59!

Hugs
