A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

BEEHAVE!

Hi Everyone

Happy Friday!

Just calling in quickly with a card that came together nice and quickly using papers and card from my ever increasing snippet collection!

I have challenged myself to use up as many of these as possible this year because they are getting out of control now and way past a joke!

So here we go:

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "2083J" Beehave!!
Sentiment:  From a lovely clear stamp set by DigiStamp Boutique (sadly no longer trading)
Backing Papers:  From my snippet collection (but I could probably track down where they came from if anyone is desperate to know)
ProMarkers
Crystal Glamour Dust
My Trusty Sewing Machine

I am scurrying over to Pixie's Snippets Playground to share my little creation there.

.. .. .. and whilst you are over on Di's blog please take time to read this post here .. .. but be prepared to feel very sad after you have read it.  Even if you didn't know or have any contact with the lovely Mary (the lady Di is talking about)  .. .. I am sure your heart will go out to her.   I will definitely be going through my stash to see what I can donate.

Huge thanks also to Di who has the biggest and most unselfish heart I have ever come across!!  Bless you!  I feel honoured to call you my friend.

Love this amusing card - always good to have something to raise a smile. I agree with your comments about Di and her generosity and so sad to hear the story. It is almost impossible to understand just how devastating such an event must be but I'm sure many of the playground followers will rally around.

I think we all have the snippet problem! lol I know I need to go through my snippets and do something with them. Your card is adorable! I love that cute pooch and the little bumble bee on his nose, adorable! I also love that sentiment-too funny and so dang cute. Love those snippets too, they go great together. I'm not good at putting patterns together, but you sure are....but then that is why you are the pro! I did just read that post Di had just tonight, it broke my heart to hear that this Mary lost everything. I hope to donate as well. Di sure does have the biggest and most unselfish heart!!! Hugs, Brenda

LOVE this card Jules! I would certainly play possum if a wasp came for me - bees I'm OK with. This has to be one of PB's cutest images :)

Thanks so much for mentioning Mary - your other words are so kind but undeserved really. We all do what we can, when we can. Love you Jules!

Hugs

Di xx

I absolutely adore this card Jules.

I'm commenting on this card much later than it was posted. Isn't it lovely that Mary is continuing to be showered with craft love from the community over at Di's Playground? I wholeheartedly agree with what you say about Di.
