I hope your day has been good. We have actually had some sunshine today!! Woo hoo!!
I have been plugging away at catching up with your blogs and am getting there very slowly .. .. but wow!! how busy and productive you have all been in my absence.
Still a long way to go before I have caught up with everyone .. .. but I will get there eventually.
I have missed everyone's blogs but have also missed the snippet playground and my sewing machine. I love playing with my snippets and seeing what I can create and love my sewing machine too. None of my wedding orders involve my sewing machine at the moment so to feed my passion I decided today should be snippets "and" my sewing machine. So here is a snippet share for Pixie's Crafty Snippet Challenge this week.
Of course Sunday is my lazy day and I do not list everything I have used .. .. but if there are any questions just shout out and I will do my best to answer .. .. .. and I promise that there is a heart to find!!!
Hubby's bread baking last night turned out to be very successful and here is a piccy of his creation.
The idea is that you end up with a loaf where you can just break off what end up as little bread rolls or cobs (depending where you come from LOL!!). This is something he saw on the TV the other evening and he did a fantastic job of recreating it.
I told him how brilliant it was and how nice it would be to have two or three of these on the Christmas table to have with our starters (we have lots sitting around our Christmas table). Not sure if his face dropped a little at the thought of making three or not LOL!!!
Have a lovely evening everyone.
I'll catch you again soon.
Love

Beautiful snippets share, and that bread looks delicious! M x
Another lovely card, Jules. I love that delicate image!
And many congratulations to Mr Heart on his breadmaking success! My hubby suggested that the first loaf I ever made should be donated to the construction industry to use to build the Thames Barrier.....
Yep, that loaf was the size and consistency of a brick!

Hi Jules, nice to see you back and with such a beautiful card. Love the stamped image and of course your sewing is perfect, as ever.
And thanks too for popping in to visit and leave a comment earlier. We leave on Tuesday for our holiday but I've not been blogging much because a) I haven't been crafting anything that I can blog about it and b) my pc has a faulty of/on switch, it works sporadically ... I will have to get it looked at properly and hopefully repaired when I get back from the holiday.
So, if I don't comment tomorrow you will know that the switch is refusing to work again :(

Hi Jules.
Thanks for the info on Raspberry Rd papers. I love papers and cannot get enough of them - just wish my ink wasn't so expensive!!! will put a card on my blog when I have a card using the papers. Love your card, gorgeous lilac colour and the bread looks delish.
Thanks again.

Absolutely Fabulous Jules! The stitching really does set everything off so beautifully. I don't have the space for my sewing machine but even if I did I don't think I could stitch so straight.
My mouth is watering at the sight of that bread. I haven't baked any for such a long time. I'll bet the house smelled like heaven.
Hugs
This is beautiful Jules. The image is really pretty and I love the vase. The papers are gorgeous!
and Wow! that bread looks fab… I am drooling just looking at it… nothing nicer than freshly baked bread with real butter…Mmm… my ancestors were Baker/Confectioner's… but sadly I don't think I inherited the genes… LOL
Have a lovely evening
Love Sue xx
