My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES

Hi Everyone

Happy Tuesday (that feels like a Monday LOL!!).

I hope your weather has been beautiful today.  It has been here .. .. this would do me for Summer.  No need to be any hotter .. today was perfect.

There were also several mountains of washing done as we are threatened with the weather breaking up tomorrow (which now means I have mountains of ironing grrrr!!!).

I managed to wake up this morning with a huge sore throat .. .. I was thinking about offering it out as a "giveaway" but I doubt anyone will want it!!  But on the bright side I am thankful I am not a giraffe.  Just think how painful it must be if they get a sore throat!!!

Anyway, round to my rather late share for today:

This used:

Image:  Magenta "Deco Vase"
Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat "Happy Birthday Sentiments"
Backing Papers:  Echo Park "Happy Days"
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads

and that is it!!  A very short ingredient list from me today.

Well my favourite TV programme has made its way back to the screen today .. .. The Apprentice!!  Sadly the football is running on longer than expected so I am going to have to watch all those budding entrepreneurs behind time.

I'll catch you again tomorrow.

Enjoy what is left of this evening.

Love

Hope your sore throat disappears very soon Jules - a mixture of honey, whisky, lemon juice and hot water works wonders (and it tastes quite nice too)!!
Love your card - the paper-piecing is fabulous.

I'm a fan of The Apprentice too - hope you didn't miss any of it. It's on tomorrow night as well - yaaay!

Hi Jules, I hope your sore throat doesn't become a full blown cold, that will make it all the more difficult to motivate yourself to do the ironing! I love the bright colours on this card and that's another gorgeous stamp. Pauline xx

Lovely card. Those design papers are so lovely together. Must remember to sometimes stamp on DP. I get such great ideas from your posts and then promptly forget them!
