My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

GETTING THERE -

Hi Everyone

Happy Wednesday!!

I hope all is good with everyone.

Sorry for my lack of posts .. .. but life has been super busy here .. .. but I do believe I am coming out of the other side now so things should soon calm down.

There were so many things on my urgent crafty do list that I just needed to keep my head down and get on with them.  But now everyone I am currently working for is happy I can enjoy submerging myself in Christmas makes for a few day.

This was my favourite from today's batch:

This used:

Sizzix Thinlits Die Set "660978" - Woodlands
X-Cut Mini Sentiment Die - Merry & Bright
Backing Papers were from my left-over box but if anyone desperately needs to know where they came from I can do a search for you
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Josy Rose Nail Heads
Ribbon

and that is it .. .. another lovely flat card as once again I have used my favourite inlaid die technique. I really enjoy this technique .. .. it must be something to do with all those jig-saw puzzles we did as kids!

So that is me for today.

I'll catch you again soon.

It does look fun and gives a fantastic effect. I don't have many of the right sort of dies but I'd like to get some!

Wow this is just fabulous Jules. What a great design. I've been thinking of you..I've got to make 25 diamond wedding invitations for my mum and dad. I can't believe how organised you need to be and do it in a structured way. I don't know how you manage that with everything else you do. I'm getting there though and enjoying doing it. Xxxx

Hi Jules, what an elegant and stylish design. Just goes to show that 'Sir' Tim's dies don't have to be used for all things distressed. Hugs, Pauline xx
