My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

JUST POPPING IN

Hi Everyone

Happy Thursday!

Whilst things are super busy this end I have lined up a few scheduled posts .. .. just to keep you busy heart searching!  I don't want you losing the knack of it LOL!!

Today I thought I would share some of my makes from the most recent Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine which went on sale this week.

I worked on three commissions for this issue .. .. but will just share two of them today .. .. my third one I am going to give a whole post of its own because I loved the commission so much .. .. so more about that another day.

But for now here are my favourites from the other two commissions.

The first was for a technique commission called "Inlaid Glitter Cards Made Easy"

and my second was another technique commission called "Acetate Cards Made Easy"

as always I find it hard to choose my favourites.

So all being well this post will have behaved itself and appeared .. .. another few days and I should be back on track.

You never know I might even get a bit of housework done!!  Shock horror!

Two gorgeous cards, both using really lovely colours and some super sentiments , well everything really but took me quite a while to spot the hearts but feel sure I have now. First card, bottom right centre of snowflake.
2nd card centre of snowflakes.
Also I have an apology to make, this weeks card I made for my Allsorts challenge I used one of your sketches and I am afraid that I forgot to say so in my post, as the challenge ends tomorrow I think it is a bit late to edit it now.
I think it was because I had to do the winners post for Tracy and then get my post ready on the challenge blog and my blog as well.
SORRY..

Housework.....really? Shame on you!! Love these cards, the delicate dies on the first are so pretty and I love the gorgeous aqua colour on the second day and, of the course, the fun shaker element too xx

I love that glitter card, what a delicate die cut. I'm always impressed by shaker cards, knowing how hard they are to make. One of my favourite colours too. You've reminded me I bought an ink pad in order to be able to stamp on acetate but have I? No.
