My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

PENNY BLACK CHALLENGE 101

Hi Everyone

It has just dawned on me that I haven't taken part in my favourite challenge yet this week .. .. .. The Penny Black Challenge .. .. .. so I had a quick look at my creations of the day to see if anything I have made fits into the theme of "flowers".

My image is a little "outside the box" because it doesn't actually feature a flower .. .. but it was a flower once upon a time .. .. one of those pesky dandelions that keep springing up in my garden!!! LOL!!!

This creation used:

Image: Penny Black "2070K" Frequent Flyer
Sentiment: Elzybells
Backing Papers: Funky Hand CD "Now That's Funky"
Promarkers
X-Cut flower punch
Diamond Stickles
Glossy Accents
Sticky pearls from the stash box

I hope everyone has been warm enough today !!

Catch you again soon.

Love Jules xx

You got dandelions too? I've never seen so many as we have this year. It must be 'dandelion' year this year - we seem to get one sort of weed that takes over each yar. I'm sure your dandelion qualifies. It's a great image and a fab card.

Isn't that cute! I do like the way the backing paper echoes the dandelion - we have loads of the blighters here in Herts, too. I prefer dandelions on cards, not in the garden!

It's such a gorgeous image and your card really made me smile! Wonderful! I keep trying to dead head them before they seed, but there are so many - I think I'm losing the battle!

Lovely Jules, the image is so sweet, what a cutie, and coloured beautifully.

Phew it's hot today Jules, don't know how long I can stand it here in my craftroom, south facing unfortunatly, wish I could be at the back of the house, lovely and cool round there!
Take care, Hugs, Jacee

Really smashing card Jules and love the sparkly dandelion. I've been saying for weeks now that I've never seen so many dandelions and this morning my little granddaughter has been helping to spread them, bless her! I made the mistake of showing her how to blow the seeds from the clocks and she must have done about 20 before I could drag her away, Lol!

Yesterday wasn't too bad Jules, but today is far too hot for me. I'm a hot weather misery I'm afraid. I don't like it one bit!

Hugs
