My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

BACK - FOR NOW!

Hi Playmates

Apologies for my absence .. .. my last post was celebrating that extra hour we were gifted here in the UK .. .. but it was used up many, many times over during the course of the week that followed as the day before the clocks changed Mum had refused to be admitted to hospital following a series of paramedic visits.

So it has been a week of meeting myself coming backwards as I have been with Mum, and meeting up with various medical bods who have been visiting to do assessments, scans and tests.

But I did actually have a whole day at home yesterday and I was determined to reduce the stress levels by heading to my craft pod for some of the time  -  my favourite place to chill and unwind .. ..  and I produced this .. ..

This used:

Image:  "Clairmont Ornaments" Memory Box "98944"
Sentiment:  Computer Generated
Backing Paper:  Part of the remains of a very old paper pad from The Works
Glitter and Metallic Card from the Snippet Box
and of course .. .. my trusty sewing machine who hasn't seen much action recently

at least that is one more Christmas make added to the box and I am once again in chill mode.

Fingers crossed things with Mum will be a bit more settled this week - but I suppose that depends on what people think of her test results.

Hopefully I will get chance to catch up with everyone's blogs soon and see what I have been missing.

Take care.

Hi there Jules
Yay! you're back!! I did miss you!!
So sorry to hear that your lovely mum has not been well. I will cross my fingers that you have a better week ahead.
So glad that you managed a whole day in your craft pod to destress and I love your beautiful card. The lovely soft pinks make it super lush. I always get in a tizzy when I use that die as I find it tricky to stick it down with the double sided glue sheets.
Looking forward to seeing what other scrummy cards you made when you get a chance to blog them - she says as she sits on her purse!!!
Hope you have a much easier week.
Love Eve xx
