I hope that everyone is doing well and you have been having a good week. We actually saw some lovely sunshine here .. .. .. so spring must be starting to peep around the corner! Yay!!
Flying by with a little make using one of my favourite Penny Black images .. .. .. probably because it works for both male and female cards depending on the backing papers and decorative elements you add.
This used:
Image: Penny Black "4058J" Yearning
Sentiment: Part of Woodware Set "JGS492" Circle Flowers

Backing Papers from Snippet Mountain (but originated from 12x12 pads from The Works)
ProMarkers
ProMarkers
Corner Rounding Punch
Ribbon
Ribbon
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Flower element put together from a variety of die-cuts from my flower stash box (which is another of the boxes from the fishing tackle bag/boxes I mentioned here).
It certainly speeds things up when you can just pinch elements out of box - especially flowers that are already layered up and good to go. Good for using up those snippets too.
I often take some colouring with me, or my teeny tiny die cutting machine and a few snippets and dies when I go to visit Mum .. .. just in case she isn't being sociable and is preferring to sleep (which is the case more often than not nowadays unfortunately).

I wonder which box I will work on next?!?!? Although there are still top-ups needed in the flower box as I have been raiding it as quickly as I fill it.
Enjoy your weekend when it arrives.

Lovely card Jules, it’s so nice to have some sunshine, and your box of flowers is a great idea xxx
A charming little hedgie and the soft colour of the backing papers works beautifully beautifully. Interesting to see your very organised storage solution for the collection of ready to pick components - such a great idea. Have a good weekend, hugs xx
A fab card. I love PB stamps they are so versatile. Your box of flowers are a lovely idea to keep on standby. Elaine
Super card, Jules. I love the pretty papers and the cute image.

Gorgeous PB image and lovely layout Jules. I love your die cut box as well … very organised! I only generally have a few and I shove them in an envelope, which generally means they either get bent or forgotten ! ☺️
A super cute card Jules, love PB hedgies. I have a flower box and as you say it’s a good way to use up some snippets but I need to dip into it more often!
Hi there Jules,
so lovely to see you in blog land with a stunning card.
You mean that you have a favourite PB stamp - surely that's like having a favourite child??!!! LOL!!!
Your flower fishing tackle box is a brilliant idea one that I might pinch for putting sentiments in to save them getting lost.
Hope you are O.K and get to escape in your craft pod again soon.
Love and hugs
Eve xx
I can see why that image is one of your favourites. I love the sage green and thanks for sharing your flower box. I wish I could be that organised! The sun was lovely for a fleeting moment but no sign of it round here since Friday. I hope it returns soon as it gives me such a lift xx
A gorgeous card Jules and what a fab idea to store ready made die cuts, must remember that xx
