My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

A SIMPLE THANK YOU

Hi Everyone

Guess what?  At long, long last I got my gold star!!!

For the first time in over two weeks I have managed to sleep all the way through the night!!  No coughing and spluttering and being awake half of the night.  In fact I didn't wake up until 10.30am!!

Woo hoo!!  How exciting.  I might be able to be released from Ward 2 now (the spare bedroom LOL!!) and make my way back to the big bed!!!

Anyway .. .. enough of my childish excitement and round to my share of the day.

Just a plain and simple thank you card .. .

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "3817K" Tigress
Sentiment:  Elzybells (with a few extra dots added)
Backing Papers: Docraft VandA Hanoverian

Diamond Stickles
Buttons from the Stash Box

and now I am dashing off out for a meal with friends .. .. life is starting to get back to normal.  Yeah!!

I doubt I am going to get any blog visiting in tonight so will just have to say thank you for calling by and I will see you again tomorrow with my Sunday Scrap makes.   I really do need to think up a better name for this .. .. any suggestions are very gratefully received.

Have a lovely evening everyone.

Love

Oh lovely card Jules. I like how your colored the dashed petals a darker color, very nice touch.

Glad you are starting to feel better and that you slept though the night.

Unfortunately I'm not clever enough to come up with a name for the Sunday challenge, though I've taken to calling the cards I make Scrap Bin Creations. I've already posted my scrap bin card and might have another one much later tonight.

Take care,
Carole

Such a soft and pretty card! I love the piercing under the sentiment. I'm so glad you got to sleep through the night, even though I was unaware of any health issues.

Glad you've made it out of quarantine Jules, lol! The card is lovely. Pink is not a colour I go for very often but teamed with the other shades here it looks lovely. Beautiful muted almost smokey colours. Love the image!
