My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

CRICUT AND CUTTLEBUG MAKE A DATE

Hi Everyone

Another wet and miserable day weather-wise .. .. but happy and creative in the craft pod so I am well happy.  (Or I was until now .. .. see further down my post).

I am trying to hard to keep my promise to myself and use my neglected Cricut machine more .. .. even if it is only for one creation a day.

So here is today's share

(WELL IT WOULD BE IF MR BLOGGER WOULD LET ME UP-LOAD MY PICTURES.  HE IS SAYING I HAVE USED MY FREE QUOTA .. .. BUT WHEN I LOOK AT MY FIGURES IT SAYS I HAVE ONLY USED 69% OF MY SPACE SO NOT SURE WHAT IS HAPPENING THERE.  HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?)

This used:

Cricut Cartridge:  Printing Press (for all the lettering and numbers
Cuttlebug Dies:  Snowflakes and Tree
White Gel Pen
Gems from my Stash Box

Well I might see you again .. .. or is this the end of my blogging days?  :-(

Love

Hi Jules,

Another blog had this problem today so someone told her to reduce the size of her photos & also to shut down her computer....she got there in the end so may be worth giving it a try ( nighttime stamping blog)

Good luck with that

Oh no! What a pain in the bum! Yeah I had the same, I think you can add more space and pay for it or go through and delete pictures. I couldn't be bothered with the latter so I paid for more, it wasn't very much and the amount of space I gained seemed like I'd never have to worry again - I hope! ;)

Good luck!

Love Beth xx

Hi Jules, I had this exact problem about 4 months ago. Blogger said I had reached my photo upload limit and I had to buy some more storage space. It's not very expensive but still not really being able to afford it I took the drastic step of deleting all posts from 2009 and 2010. I also deleted all photos from these two years from my "Picasa Web Albums" to free up more storage space. I'm sure there are other less drastic solutions to the problem though. Hope you fix it soon :) x

Mr Blogger is a flamin nuisance! I've heard Picasa is the way to go if this happens to you - hope you get it sorted Jules - will miss seeing your creations!
(I lost ALL my pics from my blog about two years ago - they never came back either...... and I couldn't be bothered uploading them all again so maybe that's why I've never exceeded my quota!)

Have seen quite a few of these today and yesterday - not me, so far. The thing is, have trawled the internet and nowhere is there a clear cut way to solve it, ie. step by step. Off to bed to read my Kindle book in fear and trepidation :(

If you find out a really clear guide how to solve it then am sure we'd all love you all the more Jules!

Ha, ha - I can't see the heart tonight :)

Oh no! So sorry, Jules! I don't know how to help you, but I do hope you get it fixed quick. And you are NOT allowed to end your blogging days!!!! ;-)

Hi Jules, I forget who, but someone else posted that this had happened to her too today. I don't know how to help you but I do suggest that you try again tomorrow because it could just be blogger having a hissy fit, a blip, a mischevious gremlin in the works - it's my experience that any of these could be true. Look forward to seeing you card soon. Hugs, Elizabeth xx

It must be happening to quite a few people, you are the third one I've read with this problem in less than 5 minutes. They'll probably get round to us all quite soon I would think.

My friend had that happen and said she had to resize her photos to be 800 x 800 pixels and then she was OK. I just checked mine and I have used 99%...Yikes!!!I guess I am soon going to have this problem too.

QA quick check of googel advises that we can buy extra storage for 2.50 monthly or only submot photos with 800x800 pixels or lower. It says they will resize them for you but perhaps i read that wrong...I am the blogger with the brain injury from that car accident.

There is also a difference in storage sizes between a google and a google plus account. If you are google plus you can submit larger pixel photos for free.
That's all i found and reading all this has my head exploding...teehee
If you sort it out, please let us know as it is only a matter of time till everyone has the same problem if they are on blogger.

I think I saw when I came in that you have continued blogging so I'm hoping your problem is solved. I'm with Cynthia, you can't end your blogging days! Not allowed! The faux stitching on this card is fantastic! How it makes everything pop!

Hi Jules, glad to see you have got your photo uploaded eventually. Blogger seems to be giving more than a few bloggers a hard time recently and I suspect that it's just a glitch in the system and that you haven't used up your quota at all.

I like this card a lot - great colours and I like the die-cut numbers and letters. I've been having an inner debate with myself as to whether to invest in a Cricut or not ... I think it would be useful for creating scrap page titles - as it is, I'm spending a fortune on sets of alphabet stickers. Your card is helping to convince me that it is a good idea.
