A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

ALLSORTS DT CARD - WEEK 28

Good morning everyone

First of all let me apologise for being AWOL since Wednesday. What a busy week I have had .

Lots of card orders to get done and just no time for playing and posting. Sorry folks!!

So today starts off another week at Allsorts. The theme has been chosen by Kirsten and she would like us to be inspired by a Christmas Carol or Song Title.

I chose "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and here is my creation:

This used:

Image: Stamps Away J1032 "Reindeer"
Image: Dec 25th - Dovecraft DCRS87
Sentiment: Computer Generated
Backing Paper: Funky Fairy "Blue Xmas" (this was part of a free download last year)
Snowflakes: Cuttlebug Dies
Glamour Dust and Thread from the stash box

If you took part in last week's challenge then don't forget to check whether you were the winner or whether Emma chose you as one of her top 5.

Have a lovely weekend everyone.

Love Jules xx

Cute funky card, Jules! But - yes - slapped wrists.. How dare you go AWOL? Glad you're back, though. ;o)

(You do know I'm teasing, right? I am the LAST one to talk about being absent from my blog, which I am on a too frequent basis, sadly. Where's that lottery ticket? Things would be different!)

Hugs, matey..

Hi Jules,
I'm back from hols and spending the morning trying to catch up on what my blogging buddies have been up to.

Lots of wonderful makes on here I see, including this lovely fun card. But then I knew there would be!

I noticed your post about Chris's lovely Wedding Invitation cd further down too. I bought one in October and can confirm it has some great ideas whatever your tastes are with great tips for anyone who is a novice card maker. I hope it generated some more interest for the very worthy cause too.
