My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

AND YET ANOTHER VALENTINE!!

Hi Everyone

Here I am again with yet another valentine make.

This time a little different from my norm.

I was sent a stamp collection by Anice from Funky Hand to have a play with .. .. and this might sound very strange but I absolutely adore the sentiments in the set (I love the images too .. ..  but the sentiments are just so lovely and chunky .. .).

Anyway, I decided to have a go at making my very first shaker card using the sentiments and this is what I came up with.

This used:

Sentiments:  Funky Hand  Clear Stamp Set "Love N That"
Backing Paper:  Funky Hand Download "Salt and Pepper"
Nestabilties:  Heart Die
Martha Stewart:  Valentine Lace
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
Ribbon from the Stash Box

So there is my share for today.  Hopefully tomorrow you might get a break from Valentine makes and see something different .. .. but I can't promise LOL!!!!

Have a lovely evening.

Mine is going to be spent putting inserts into a huge pile of creations.

Love

Oh how wonderful Jules. I really like the cut-up sentiments instead of traditional beads/glitter/fake snow. I haven't made a shaker card in ages.

Thank you for posting how to create a link. I will be sure to use it next time. :)
