A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

JULES' CRAFTY SNIPPET CHALLENGE - WEEK 44

Hi Everyone

Let me first start by apologising for my lack of visits to your lovely blogs these last few days.  Life has been a tiny tad busy in the House of Hearts and I just haven't had chance .. .. but I will be catching up with you after the wedding fayre is over today .. .. I promise!!!

So now round to my weekly snippet post and gosh playmates .. .. week 44 already!!!

If all has gone to plan this post has appeared whilst I am at the wedding fayre that my lovely Sis and I have been attending today.

I love the preparation for a wedding fayre, I love setting up our tables and displaying our wares, I love talking with all the "happy couples" and hearing all of their lovey dovey wedding plans, I love spending the day with my Sis .. .. but I am not so keen on the clearing up!!  That always seems to take "for ever".

But never mind.  Once I am back it will be a lovely soak in a bubbly hot bath and a chance to reflect on another lovely day.

As you will know I needed to close the snippet gates early this week so I could prepare for today .. .. but lots of you still managed to get to the gates on time with your lovely creations .. .. by my effort for this week leaves an awful lot to be desired!!

One minimalistic snippet make .. .. made from some of the leftovers from yesterday's post!!  and made at the 11th hour!!  I am as bad with my snippets as I am at commenting this week.  But hey .. .. one is better than none and here it is (the quickest and probably the cleanest looking card I have ever made in my entire life LOL!!).

and now for the snippet register this week.

Well super early .. .. and first to the playground this week was Louise who shared a lovely male card which she had made using a gorgeous LOTV image and a selection of beautiful snippets.  In fact I have exactly the same snippets sitting in my snippet box!!

Then next was Sally .. .. who played along ahead of making her way to her own "real life" playground.  Sally shared two beautiful cards.  The first wasn't a snippet make but definitely deserves a peep .. .. but the second was a snippet creation and certainly brought a smile to my face.

Irene found time to call by the playground twice this week .. .. even with the gates closing early!!  Well done Irene you have done better than I have managed this week!!  You can find Irene's first make here and her second make here.  Both are gorgeous but I just love the colours on the first one.  Such beautiful snippets!

Sarah called by next with some stunning Christmas labels she has made.  Sarah is struggling to use up all the leftovers that are created after making 6 x 6 card blanks.  I am sure any suggestions will be gratefully received .. .. not just by Sarah but lots and lots of us.  So please shout up if you have any amazing suggestions.  Sarah has also posted a stunning card but this doesn't use snippets .. but is well worth a look!!

Elizabeth dropped by next to share her very first tag card which she had made for her Christmas Alphabet .. .. letter "J".  J for "joy" and Elizabeth's card is definitely a joy to see.  As always beautiful front, back and inbetween!!

The next playmate to arrive was Sally who share a really great card which would be brilliant for helping to use up some of those white snippets which seem to create a mountain all on their own before we even consider the coloured and patterned ones!!!  Great finished look Sally and more super need doodling!

Two lovely creations were shared in the playground next by Tammy.  Tammy has a great eye for colour as you can see in the first of her lovely makes here and then a card with a great patterned snippets here.  Someone else who has done better than I have this week (I am now hanging my head in shame).

A marvellous treat next came from Sylvia-Anne who not only has the patience of a saint but also has used the tiniest of snippets!!  What a beautiful finished result.  I can see a few different versions of this appearing in blogland that's for sure!!

Next was a lovely card shared by my playmate Sandra (who is also known as Sarn and Scottie).  It is like having three playmates in one LOL!!!  Sandra created a lovely male birthday card .. .. but the gorgeous stamp could also be used for lots of other occasions too.  A really neat look ... love it!!

Then last but not least .. three lovely cards make for a very good cause .. .. were next to arrive in the playground being carefully balanced by Kym.  Three cards all on the same theme but all using up those lovely snippets. Of course one grabbed my attention more than the other two .. .. it had button hearts on it LOL!!!

So that is my register and my poultry (eek can't spell LOL!! .. thanks Sandra xx)  "paltry" effort at using up snippets for this week.  Note to self .. .. must try harder both with my spelling and my snippets!!!

I am making more new snippets than I am using up at the minute!!

I'll be catching up with everyone soon as promised and will be back tomorrow with my next creation for Handy Hippo .. .. .. and then make a note to call by again on Tuesday as Handy Hippo are offering a fantastic prize to help one lucky person get super organised for Christmas!!

Have a lovely Sunday  .. .. .. I wonder who the two are that will go from X-Factor?  My favourite to win at the beginning was Janet but I think Marcus Collins is stealing the show!!  He is brill!!  I could watch him all night long!

Love

No messing you about this week .. ..
gates are open until midnight on Saturday!!

Might only be one, might be quite CaS, but it`s a fabulous one Jules. Very classy and I`m in love with that punch. I really, really think I need one of those. So sorry I didn`t get the chance to play last week, life has been a bit hectic.
I think Frankie and Janet will go tonight on X factor. It`s got to be Craig to win for me. That lad can really belt `em out.
