My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

RED, WHITE AND BLUE 4 OF 5

Hi Everyone

Well I would have been earlier .. .. .. if I could have found the memory card for my camera sooner!!!

I take my pictures upstairs and then bring the memory card downstairs to do my post.  But sometimes I have to have a little search campaign to find where I put it when I finished last time.  The problem is I have "too many" safe places that I put it.

But tonight it wasn't even in a safe place .. .. but buried in the "do list" LOL!!!

Hubby said that I need to have a little box and tie it round my neck.  I somehow don't think that will be a look that will ever catch on .. .. or one I will be taking up!!

Anyway, pictures taken and sorted here I am with my penultimate (do you like that word Di?) red, white and blue number.

This used:

Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat
Backing Paper:  Nitwits
Sizzix Die:  Sewing Room
Martha Stewart Punch:  Valentine Lace
My Trust Sewing Machine
Diamond Stickles
Ribbon, netting, pearls and buttons from the stash box

I haven't used this die for at least 2 weeks .. .. so decided it needed another airing!!

Hope everyone has had a good day and that there are no stories of sunburn out there!!!  I haven't managed any sunshine or garden time yet.  All I could grab today was a walk down the garden whilst munching on my sandwich!!

What happened to those dreams of being my own boss and sitting out in the garden with my sandwiches to catch a few rays .. .. .. I seem to have less time now than I did when I was going out to work LOL!!!

Have a lovely evening.

Love

Fabulous card Jules! Great papers and fab LO, love the tulle.
You gave me a giggle, I spent an hour searching for the TV remote last night, finally found it in the trash can.
No chance of sunburn here, cold, windy and overcast all week. Sun is predicted for the weekend. Fingers crossed.

I like how you've put the little skirt on the die Jules & the papers are perfect. You know you should really take some time out to enjoy your garden, even if it's just 1/2hr first thing in the morning with that first cup of tea of the day, I do.

Aw Jules, I missed this one - and the word penultimate :) Fab card, and reading your words in the post it's clear you aren't getting any time at all to enjoy this fab weather - so I hope you mix some of that in with your blogging break honey.

Love and hugs
