My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SKETCH SATURDAY (ON A MONDAY)

Hi Everyone

Well after three days of doing far too much I finally got chance to sit down and play with my crafty goodies.

I have missed my little craft pod, so make up for no creating for three days I played this evening with the lovely sketch from the Sketch Saturday Challenge and came up with the following:

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "3347H" Duckling
Sentiment:  Anita's Stamps (Sorry No Codes or Name)
Backing Papers:  DCWV "Kidlet Stack"
My Trust Sewing Machine
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
WOW! Embossing Powder:  Bright White
Nestabilities: Labels Two
ProMarkers
Ribbon from my stash box

and if you fancy playing along here is the lovely sketch I had fun with (which I rotated 180 degrees):

Thank you for all your lovely comments on the card I posted yesterday.  For those that wanted to know where the stamp and backing papers came from:

The image is Penny Black "3474K" Spinning a Yarn
Backing Papers:  Cuddly Buddly "Silent Night" (who would have thought they were Christmas backing papers).

Well all back to normal (or as normal ever gets) in the House of Hearts tomorrow.  Lots of catching up to do  after being awol for three days .. .. but hopefully I will get chance to make something I can share.

I hope everyone has had a brilliant bank holiday weekend.  Our weather has been lovely today!!

Catch you soon

Love

Hi Jules, Glad the move went well - have you now got muscles you never knew you had? This is a lovely card as well, the snippets work very well and I like that sketch.
Craft Fair had lots of people but not much buying and our friend actually lost money on the event as it cost more to hire his stall than he sold. Pauline xx
