My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SUNDAY SNIPPETS

Hi Everyone

I hope you have had a lovely Sunday .. .. ours has been nice and relaxing (though there is still the dreading ironing to do grrr!!!) LOL!!

My snippet creations for taking over to Pixie's Snippet Playground this week are all finished and ready for showing the playmates.  The Christmas card make each week is slowly becoming a habit and I have a nice little collection building up already.  I really must get their inserts added and pop them into their wrappers otherwise that is going to become a mission all of its own!

So, here are my makes:

As always I am super lazy on a Sunday and do not list my ingredients but if you need to know anything then just ask away.

Time for me to get that ironing board out :-(

Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone.

Love

Hi Jules, You know when I see your images scrolling up, the first thing is hunt the heart! Loved both of these, and of course I found my goal pretty fast this afternoon. Love that stencil background on #1 with all the pretty pink and the cute little chicken & house, with the gauzy bow. And Little Ted always makes me smile when I see him. The folk art dp is so pretty with the soft gray blue in the bkground paper too. Nice little tree embellie with the pearls, all tied up with a pretty red twine bow. TFS & Hugs

Love the sponging on your birthday card, and the birdhouse and bird gives a lovely finishing touch. That bear with the tree seems to be striding out on a mission, lol. Have a good week. Lynn x

Oooh you are doing very well with your Christmas makes, good for you! I know what you mean about putting the insert in, sometimes that last finishing touch takes the longest! Love, love, love the little birdy and birdhouse xxx

Wow! Such different card, yet both are beautiful in their own way. I love the shocking pink one and can see why everyone asked about the font of the greeting. All those fun die cuts and a stenciled background too. You sweet little teddy bear in his boots bringing home his tree is so lovely, well colored. I like the birdie background paper.

I'm with you my last several Christmas cards have not had my name stamped on the back nor the inserts done. I pull them out often and think of doing it but then I get distracted by something else that sounds more fun to do.
