My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SUNDAY SNIPPETS

Hi Everyone

Hope you have had a great weekend.

The weather here has been lovely .. .. it would be great to have a few days like today .. .. except for the fact that I have tried to cram too much into it.  Hence my Sunday snippets being very late making an appearance.

I will start with my Christmas make first:

and this is in place of what is normally a general type of card because I wanted to use an envelope punch board that I took delivery of on Friday.

So many fabby things you can make with this board .. .. and this is my first which uses a 6" x 6" snippet of card.

Don't go looking for the heart on this as you will look for ever .. .. because there isn't one (unless like me you see some of the flowers forming a heart LOL!!)  The heart will be a tag with the recipients name on.

This is the tutorial I followed for making it

and there are lots more to go at!!

I think I am going to have fun with this board (and the gift bag board that I will share another day).

Off to link up to Pixies Snippet Playground Challenge before my little eyes shut!!

Catch you again soon.

Love

This is such a pretty card that calls out for a sweet little Miss to give it too.
I can see why you wanted to play with this punch board. And I can see the heart in the flower pattern! Good thing as I missed the heart in one of your earlier posts.
Off to see if you shared just where it was!!!

Love the image Jules, she looks so pretty in pink and green to match those fab PP papers. Love the box too, although I wouldn't really like to see any more just in case I " accidentally" need to buy one (or three) of those boards!! xx

I love your gorgeous christmas card, such a cute image and I like the sparkly pink threads down the side.
I love your little gift box as well, I have been looking at the punch boards for a while and expect I will succumb before too long, it's just a case of deciding which one I'd like most.

Ooh what a gorgeous card Jules… such a sweet image and I love your colouring… the pink reminds me of sugared almonds… and the paper goes with it beautifully… the bow and twine are really pretty too!

Sorry I have been such a bad blogger for so long... just don't have as much time nowadays... hope you are keeping well.
