A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Hi Everyone

I hope all is ticking along nicely for you and you are finding lots to keep you amused whilst we are confined to barracks.

Today is the last reason to add even more greeting cards to our display .. .. we currently have on show Mother's Day cards, Retirement cards, Birthday cards and now Wedding Anniversary cards.

All lovely celebrations it would have been so nice to share with our family .. .. but sadly it wasn't to be.  But never mind, it won't stop us celebrating as a couple again tonight as today is our wedding anniversary.  Hard to know where all those years have gone .. .. until you look at our two six foot something sons .. .. .. they make you realise just how quickly time is passing.

Anyway, here is the card I made for Mr Heart:

This used:

Heart Die .. .. .. unbranded from Amazon (a bit of a devil to cut and taking several passes and shims but I got there in the end)
Sentiment:  Computer Generated
Ribbon
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Gems
Love Embellishment (I got these to do some wedding samples with a few years ago but as they tend to "bunch up" .. .. as on the top two photographs .. .. I relegated them from "wedding stash" to "general stash".

and that is me for today.

Time to start getting that table laid and the candles lit!

Stay safe everyone and thank you for all the lovely wishes on Mr Heart's retirement (no we didn't think ahead and get paint and wallpaper supplies in .. .. but there are plenty of other jobs to do that only require a bit of "hard labour".  I'll keep him busy LOL!!!).

Congratulations on a milestone anniversary - I'm sure you will both enjoy your 'together' celebration. Beautiful card and well worth the perseverance in cutting with the die.
