My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

THINGS MUST BE IMPROVING

Hi Everyone

Things must be improving .. .. .. I have been able to make and photograph a card "before" leaving for work!!!

Lighter mornings are coming!! Yay!!!

So here is the very quick card I made this morning - using "one" of my favourite Penny Black stamps.

This used:

Image: Penny Black 3377K "Whispers"
Background Paper: Pink Petticoat "Big Fella"
Nail heads: Josy Rose
Diamond Stickles
Promarkers
Ribbon from the stash box

Well off to work for me now!!

Catch you again soon folks .. .. .. have a good day!!

Love Jules xx

Now don't go getting envious of my luch hour Jules, you made a start at the crack of dawn when I was doing tedious office duties.

You know how much I like black and white and this is one stunnig card. What I want to know is how come I don't have that stamp ? Well don't think I do anyhow, need to go check - could that mean I have too many I wonder ?

Oh, I love this, Jules!! It's so unusual with that paper but it looks amazing!!! Thanks for your comments about me starting work. Trouble is my job is supply work so I go in for a day but then might not go in for another week or two so I've got no chance of remembering what I'm supposed to be doing!!!!! x

Hi Jules,

I LOVE your blog! This card is beautiful. I think black gives such a dramatic impact on the simplest of cards. Yours, my friend, is not simple at all! I thought that the text was part of the stamp, until I read a couple of the other comments. (Everyone stop laughing! Oh, Go on and laugh!)

What an incredible idea. I have never seen this done, and the text looks so very crisp.

Beautiful! Love the bow, too!

Thanks for letting me/us have a look!
