A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

MY FIRST CHRISTMAS CARD FOR 2010

Hi Everyone

Well here I am with my first Christmas card for 2010. I wonder how many I will make this year!!

Tonight I am off to a friendly football match between Bournemouth and Derby County .. .. come on Derby.

So here is my first Christmas card
This used:

Backing Papers: Flower Soft "Vintage Christmas"
Sentiment: Lili of the Valley
Woodware Punches: Holly leaf and Circle
Diamond Stickles
Glossy Accents
Cord from the stash box

Packed into my luggage were lots of images and my trusty Promarkers so hopefully I have managed a little bit of colouring whilst I have been away and will have lots of images for mounting on cards on my return. (How sad am I?). LOL!!!

Catch you all again soon.

Love Jules xx

What a beautiful christmas card. I haven't thought about christmas yet. But suppose I will have to start soon as I have so many christmas cards to send. ( I don't make them all!!) I only make for close family and friends.. (and craftie buddies too). Nicky x

You do have a way of putting papers together Jules. This is lovely! Sounds like the footie went well so you should be feeling pretty good tonight, especially after the romantic dinner for two!!!

Safe journey home.

This is super cute! I was actually looking for some ideas on what to get my boyfriend for our first Christmas together. I was thinking of personalized first Christmas ornament like these: http://www.ornamentsandmore.com/1st-christmas-ornaments.aspx. And maybe a handmade Christmas card too!

Do you guys have any other suggestions for me? Has anyone ever got a personalized ornament?
