A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

BLACK AND WHITE WITH A HINT OF SILVER

Hi Everyone

A quick post whilst dinner finishes cooking.

I love Sunday. It is the one day of the week that I feel like a proper wife and mother as I cook a Sunday roast and do jobs around the house.

I feel even more righteous today as I have made a starter as well (get me!!!) .. .. .. .. we have a massive glut of courgettes from the garden so I have made courgette, onion, garlic, honey, dill and parmesan cheese soup!! Smells gorgeous so let's hope it tastes that way too.

I know what will happen. We will all eat the soup and then be too full to each our dinner!! LOL!!

Anyway, over to my creation:

and the close up

This used:

Image: Inkadinkado "90355" (Love this image - it really looks like lace).
Embossing Board: Keepsake Card Crafts "Emboss to Impress"
Martha Stewart Punch: Daisy
Black Embossing Powder
Josy Rose: Nail Heads
Dressmakers tracing wheel
Ribbon from the stash box

Very different for me .. .. no image to colour!!!

I hope you likey, likey.

Thanks for calling by.

Love Jules xx

You are always so busy, Jules. I don't stop by for a few days and you put me to shame with all the things you've created. Firstly, though, even though I've now eaten my Sunday dinner, my mouth is watering at the sound of that delicious soup, yummy!!!!!
This is a very classy card, just shows, we don't always need colour. I love all the other Anniversary cards you created too.
Glad you are enjoying your Bank Holiday weekend.

I like this card alot, I don't do images. I haven't done any of the digital stamping before or used the markers for coloring in. Something I think I would like but haven't the time to learn it. Something I'm very interested in however is the recipe for that soup you speak of.
