My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

ROSES FOR YOU - PENNY BLACK

Hi Everyone

May I start by saying a very big thank you to everyone who was kind enough to visit my blog and leave me comments on Friday and Saturday.  All very much appreciated.  I am just sorry I wasn't able to pay you a return visit.

Hubby and I went away for a couple of nights so I was starved of my "internet fixes" (withdrawal symptoms or what!!).  Mr Blogger did work his magic on my scheduled posts and I was able to release any comments via my phone but that was all.  Oh .. and I did manage a bit of colouring in my hotel room .. .. .. you can tell we have been married 35 years can't you LOL!!!

We had travelled on Friday to go to a wedding on Saturday.  Torrential rain on the journey there and also on the return journey .. .. but a lovely day for the wedding.  What more could you want though really.

The wedding was so nice and we met up with lots of people we knew .. .. ..  and lots that we didn't .. .. but we do now.  Great company for the whole of the time we were away.

So I am back home now.  A quick crafty play and now I am going to have a good old blog catch up and see what everyone has been up to in my absence.

Here is my crafty play

and the close up

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "2076J" Roses for You
Backing Papers:  Sizzix "Little Sizzles" Pastels
Sentiment:  Pink Petticoat
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder:  Roses
Woodware Punch:  Flower & Circle
Brads and lace from the stash box

So that is my crafty share of the day.  Off now to have a good old visit session around blogland.

Love

You made me giggle reading that you took some colouring with you, but I might do that next time we go away! :D

I'm sharing a lap top with hubby at the moment but I am only getting to use it 2% of the time and it is horribly slow so I'm behind with my comments! You have made some lovely creations though whilst I have been competing for some keyboard time - this latest one is particularly cute. I love these Sizzix papers - I must use mine! Hugs, Lesley

I'm so glad the weather behaved for the wedding itself, Jules. We were only saying yesterday, our 12th Wedding Anniversary, what an awful day it would be for anyone getting married yesterday. We had lovely Autumn sunshine for ours too, although it seems a long time ago now.
Love your card as always. Very pretty.
Have a good week.
Hugs Lisax
