My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

ANOTHER VALENTINE .. .. BUT I WILL EXPLAIN !!

Hi Everyone

I hope your day has been good.

The weather here was lovely after a cold and frosty start .. .. so I was well happy for  my lovely bride who got married today.  I have been thinking about her all day imagining how her day will have been going!!

Just a quick make today as I haven't had time to do any stamping and colouring .. .. but I need more valentine makes so thought this make was a "bit different" and might catch someone's eye .. .. always nice to ring the changes.

Now I will explain as a few people have commented on the number of valentine makes I am showing LOL!!! .

I don't send all of these valentine cards myself.  I make one to send myself and the rest I will hopefully be selling if someone likes them enough to send to their "loved one".

So here is today's valentine make:

This used:

Sentiment:  Magnolia Stamps
Go Kreate:  Large Frames - Scalloped Squares
Nestabilities:  Classic Square
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Silver Embossing Powder
Ribbon, Cord, Button and Pearls from the Stash Box

I don't know how everyone else is getting on but I am still struggling in blogland.  I am sorry folks.  I am able to leave comments on some blogs but am still getting the white screen on others.

I hope it sorts itself out soon ready for the Funky Hand blog hop tomorrow!!!!

See you tomorrow bright and early.

Love

Absolutely gorgeous Jules - I'll have to send Len over to buy one to give to me :)) You certainly come up trumps with each card that you deal :) !!

Blogger caused me to lose most of Sunday's snippets posting today - links, the lot, and you know how much that meant!! Any sounds of banging from North Hampshire have been me - thumping my head on the desk in fury!! Grump, grump!!

Love, Di xx

Jules,

This card is so beautiful, love the deceptively simple look but it's loaded with layers and stitching. Now I wonder where you've hidden that heart! LOL

Cheers,

Hip hip Hooray Blogger is letting me leave a comment on your blog. I finally have the time to visit but Blogger has not been playing nice. I love our photo!!! Good to see you!:) I’ve had a bit of a catch up and oh my your cards are simply delightful, all of them. I’ve missed visiting, will try hard to do so more often.

Hi Jules, gorgeous card - love the heart button in the centre and bow/chord/rose/tag detail is fabulous. Your stitching is always so neat - I need to practice a bit more, I think :( As for the problem leaving comments on some sites - I've gone over to Google Chrome and that seems to be okay, so perhaps not Blogger's problem but Explorer. Jules, what a gorgeous card. I haven't had any problems with blogger like some are having but have seen this post in Blogland and wonder if trying this might to help solve your problem (maybe I've not had problems as my settings are at this anyway??):

As others have said, Jules, using a browser other than Internet Explorer might help with the white screen issue. It's not IE's problem but due to errors within the blogs being visited. I couldn't see/comment on your blog in IE but am OK (fingers crossed) in Google Chrome. The cause is something to do with recently installed/modified plug-ins. There's some useful advice out there about how to resolve: Google something like "blank white screen on blogs". Good luck. Cat xx

Hi Jules.
This is beautiful, I love the classy look you've achieved. It's got a definite hint of your wedding makes!! I was late with my Valentines cards last year so have put them all back in the basket this time. Lazy I know but I have so many other things on the go.
Your Bride got a beautiful day for her Wedding didn't she.
The white comments space stumped me too for a couple of days but I've susssed it now. If you click on the reply under the last comment the comments box magically appears!!! Hope this helps.
hugs Lisax
