My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I am hoping to share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce always carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

PENNY BLACK CHALLENGE - WEEK 60

Hi Everyone

The theme over at Penny Black this week is "SUMMER".

Not much inspiration from this card could be found looking out of my window .. .. .. .. just rain, rain and more rain!!! What a good job I have a very vivid imagination. LOL!!!

Here is my card

This used:

Image: Penny Black 3782J "lazy days" and butterflies from the "Critter Party" set
Backing Paper: Sorry not sure - it is ages old and from the days when it didn't matter what paper I used.
Punches: Fiskars "Threading Water",
X Cut "Medium and Small Flower",
Martha Stewart "Frond"
Diamond Stickles
ProMarkers
Ribbon and sticky gems from the stash box

So there we have it .. .. .. .. my summer card for Penny Black.

Thank you for calling by to look.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Love Jules xx

Oh so cute, this card really does make me think of summer (whatever that is!). This image is an all time favourite and you have coloured it beautifully. I love the flowers with the coloured petals.
The sun was shining and even looked like it was going to stay but now it's gone again :(

oh so lovely and cute and crisp and cheery, I've got this stamp and love it, not much sun bathing this summer... I laughed at your comment, did brighten though, washing dried and a walk to a pub beer garden...nice. janex

I love these little Hedgehogs ! Don't they make you just smile! Very cute card Jules! The weather "across the pond" in my neck of the woods has not been ideal either this summer. It is however perfect for crafting! Take Care! - Tracy -
