My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

HOPE YOU HAVEN'T ALL BLOWN AWAY!!!

Hi Everyone

Crikey heck folks .. .. how wet and windy has today been?

The pictures on the news at lunchtime were making awful watching.  I hope that you are all safe and warm with all your house and garden contents in tact!!

The weather here has given us lots of rain as opposed to strong wind so that is something to be grateful for I suppose .. .. note to self .. .. go and check the water butts down the garden .. .. they must be full to overflowing by now!!!!  Eeekkk!!!

Anyway, round to my share for today:

This used:

Image:  Lili of the Valley "ST145" Pom Pom
Sentiment:  Digistamp Boutique (beware there is 30% off everything until the 7th Jan)
Backing Papers:  Wild Rose Studio "Lilac Mist"
Woodware Punches:  Inverted Corner and Daisies
Leone Em Pty Punch:  Ash Branch
ProMarkers
Glamour Dust
Crystal Stickles
Pinking Shears

All the Christmas decorations are put away and the tree has been stripped and is waiting to be dismantled into the various numbered carrier bags the branches are put into prior to being squashed into the box.

Christmas really has gone now :-(

Never mind .. .. I liked everyone's positive attitute yesterday in trying to cheer me up.  I can just look forward to next Christmas (and it is a day nearer now LOL!!).

The last couple of days has seen lots of people walking and running past our house.  Clearly new year resolutions being put into action.  I haven't seen anyone today though so they didn't last long did they .. . that or the weather put everyone off!!

Have a good evening everyone and if you are here to find the ProMarker give away then you need to click here.  Still plenty of time to enter. Good luck everyone.

Love

Hi Jules, oh, the dreadful weather - we had quite a bit of clearing up to do but fortunately, the damage was not as bad for us as it has been for other poor folks just a few miles north. Pretty card and I've just noticed the inverted corner punch, a useful wee tool to have. Off to peak at digistamp boutique though I'm not buying anything else for a month at least ;) Elizabeth x

Hi Jules, love this pretty creation; just perfect for a little girl.

Weather here is awful and I must admit the wind scares me. Dave's working until 8 o'clock and I'm going to pick him up as I can't bear the thought of him waiting for the buses. xx

Hi Jules, Gorgeous card! Lovely papers and adorable image.

I am in the process of taking my decs down ... not so much fun taking them down and I keep getting distracted. Think I might leave the rest and finish it tomorrow.

Wishing you and your family a very Happy New Year!

We've had the wind and the rain today - I've not dared leave the house, just to be safe - and make cards! ;-) I'm in a total grumps about Christmas being over and refuse to take the tree down any earlier than the 6th! Hee hee!
This is a fabulous card, I love the pretty colour scheme!

Love Beth xx

A real beauty Jules. Such pretty fresh colours and a cheeky little image! Gale force in East of Scotland this morning but calmed down to a strong wind around lunchtime, thank goodness. All Christmas stuff packed away here too. Hugs x

Hi Jules, sorry I haven`t been around for a while. Your card is gorgeous. It`s lovely to see some pretty springlike colours after all the christmas colours.
Oh the weather...it was horrendous here this morning. Five minutes after setting off to walk to work the heavens opened. I`ve never seen rain like it and coupled with the wind I thought I`d drown lol. My coat is still drying out.
All the best for 2012, I hope it`s a good one.

A beautiful card, Jules. It certainly was wet and windy today. The patio furniture needed to be fetched from down the garden and the poor robin looked like it was on a roller coaster on the bird feeders!

Love this Jules it's so feminine. Got the bed made but managed to put my back out taking the washing out of the machine so now I'm moving rather gingerly! Carol x
