My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

VALENTINES AGAIN !!

Hi Everyone

Today has turned out to be a lovely day weather wise.  I have my fingers crossed that tomorrow is going to turn out to be the same as one of my lovely brides will be getting married.

I so want all brides to have lovely weather on their wedding day.

Today I set out to make a card to fit in with a little challenge that Lisa from Wishcraft has set herself called "Waste Not Wednesday".  This is where you create something using an image that you haven't used before .. .. one that has sat around un-inked or a digi that you haven't coloured.

Whilst making my creation I decided that it would actually fit into a couple of others too .. .. more about those later.

So, here is my creation for this evening:

This used:

Image:  Digistamp Boutique "Valentine Henry"
Sentiment:  Digistamp Boutique "Valentine Sentiments"
Backing Paper:  Hot off the Press "Cardmaker's Classic Creative Pack"
ProMarkers
Crystal Stickles
Pearls, Ribbon and Cord from the Stash Box
Oh ... .. and a little bit of chalk for those little rosy cheeks LOL!!!

So that is my make .. .. .. ..  but then the old grey matter kicked in.

I could remember Enfys starting up her own challenge called the "Going Buggy Challenge" where the theme is to use the colours Grey, White and Red .. .. or Black, White and Red.  Perfect, my little creation will fit the bill .. .. hopefully Henry's blue jeans don't disqualify me LOL!!!

Then to impress even more I could remember a little competition on the Digistamp Boutique blog when I purchased my images  .. .. so I am entering my little creation there too.

Anyway, waffle over.

Hopefully I will be able to get to your blogs soon.  Mr Blogger was being a little awkward with me this morning.  When I clicked to comment on some of your blogs all he would give me was a white screen!!!  I promise I am trying to get to you but things are not working as they should.  Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem?

Hope you all have a good evening.

Catch you again tomorrow .. .. and a date for diary .. .. there is a Funky Hand blog hop starting at 9.00am on Saturday to mark two new releases from the lovely Anice.

Love

Fab card Jules - as always! I was immediately drawn to his blushing cheeks :)

I'm having trouble commenting on some blogs - the comment box isn't appearing but underneath each previous comment the word reply is appearing and I've managed to comment using that means. The Crafty Elf is having the same problems as you - let's hope it gets sorted out soon - and that the sun shines for your bride tomorrow :) Love, Di xx

Hello Jules, I'll keep my fingers crossed for your bride - it would be a shame if it rained. Another fabulous card and I do like the colour combination ... it's great. I have just had a thought that Valentine's must be your favourite celebration of the year ... all those opportunities to go mad with the hearts :) You're not the only one having this problem with comments and white screens ... I've been unable to leave comments at so many it's too bad. It's got to be Blogger - hope they sort it out soon. Elizabeth x

Great card with a really cute image. I have been having the same trouble commenting on some sites - just a white page. It has been mentioned on another blog so quite a few other people are having the same trouble.
