A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

SUNDAY SNIPPETS

Hi Everyone

How goes it this lovely Sunday afternoon?

Did you get lots of snow?

We got lots and hubby's football was cancelled.  (I think he was secretly pleased as I don't think he fancied trudging about in all the snow and standing for a couple of hours in the cold .. .. can't say as I blame him).

So with it being Sunday that can only mean one thing .. .. use up those snippets and images that are lying around already coloured and waiting to be made into something .. .. and then take them over to Pixie's Crafty Snippet Challenge No. 5.

I must admit that with all the snow about I don't feel quite so silly at having made a snippet Christmas card again this week .. .. and definitely not as silly as I will when it is the height of summer and I still share one.  LOL!!!

So here are my makes for this week (unless I succumb to midweek snippets of course).

As always Sunday is my lazy day and I don't say what I have used .. .. but if anyone has any questions then just ask away.

Following my snippet post last week "M" asked me how I got my "ice" sentiment all dotty .. .. it actually comes like that M .. .. it was a digi image from Pink Petticoat years ago.  Not sure if it is still available or not though :-(

So that is me for another Sunday.

Off to be a domestic goddess now but I'll be back tomorrow bright and early with my Handy Hippo creation for this week and Part 2 of my "things to do with ribbon" ideas.

Enjoy what is left of the weekend and stay safe .. .. especially in the morning when they are warning of all the melted snow freezing overnight!!

Love

Hi Jules - two absolute stunners here! As always, perfectly designed and made - and such lovely soft colours.

I'm running Ubuntu at the minute but am sure that I've got a downloaded dotty font if I switch to Windows but I forget where from. Could have been Two Peas in a Pod.

However - just take a look at this FREE font I found just now - it's soooo you!!! http://www.fontspace.com/two-peas It's the first one listed in the 24 free fonts they have for downloading.

Enjoy your evening - we've been stripping borders off here ready for the decorator tomorrow :( So, no proper crafting done today. Di xx

We haven't had any snow and I'm so relieved as I can't drive in it!

Love your snippet makes Jules, especially that pretty wheelbarrow full of flowers.

Finally finished all my 'have to do' cards at midnight last night! They're all parcelled up and ready to go.

Hi Jules, two beautiful cards, love them both, even the Christmas one. Glad to hear hubby didn't go out in that weather - no fun at all in freezing your boots off :) Domestic goddessing, on a Sunday ... you are keen :)) Shouldn't really ask this seeing as I'm on a crafting diet, but where do you get your very fine and shiny cord? I've been admiring it in its various colours for quite some time now ... Elizabeth x

PS: still no snow here, I'm beginning to feel privileged :)

More loveliness Jules. And you won't feel silly about those Christmas cards come December when you've got your feet up munching on a mince pie, while others go in to meltdown! Still loving the snippet makes, and still enjoying joining in with Di too, although she's labeled me a rebel and accused me of pulling hair!! Never had this trouble when you were in charge *sniff*!!

I confess that I like the pink and cheery card better than the penguin, who is cute, but depicts all things cold. I'm allergic to cold. It makes me break out in violent thoughts. Great snippets cards!
