A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

FAVOURITE SIZZIX DIE

Hi Everyone

Happy Easter Monday!!

I don't know about where you are but it is throwing it down with rain in my neck of the woods and is set to do so all day long .. .. .. great for topping up the water butt outside ready for watering when the crops are in place later this year .. .. and great for having an excuse to stay indoors and do "just whatever we fancy".

I love lazy days like this where everyone is relaxed and there is no need to rush anything.  There should be more days like this in existence!!!  LOL!!!

My day started with my share for the day:

This used:

Backing Papers:  Pink Petticoat
Sizzix Dies:  "657186" Sewing Room and "38-1058" Eyelet Washers
My Trusty Sewing Machine
Buttons, embroidery thread ribbons, lace, pearls and rose from the Stash Box

I love this sewing room die so much .. .. .. it is my favourite of all the sizzix dies I own.  Are you sick of seeing it yet?  I hope not as you are going to be seeing lots more of it!!  LOL!!!

I am also going to pop this into Pixie's Crafty Snippet Challenge - No 15  .. .. .. it was a much faster make than the one I entered yesterday that's for sure.  Woo hoo!!  Two visits to the playground in one week .. .. can't be bad!!

Have a great Easter Monday everyone.

I am hoping to have a good blog catch up later today .. .. .. a lot to be done before I can have that treat though!!

Love

Do you every think 'I wish I'd got that when I had the chance'?
My niece bought this die at the NEC and while I'm closer to her than I was - it's still not close enough to pop round and borrow it.
Love this card and no - would never get fed up with seeing the mannequin die.

Hi Jules, we're just home from our trip to Dumfries and Galloway, it's been pouring all day and I've just about thawed out now. More fabulous buttonholes! Another great card ... the sewing theme is 'so on trend' at the moment so I think your die is going to remain popular for some time to come. Off to watch the second half of Silent Witness now.
